Here in Durbs we used to regularly play against a team from Toti up until they disbanded. They would always set out their starting field with 9 "slips" until the first run was scored. I recall 2 occasions against us that they got the opener out for a royal quack.

I umpired a Surrey Championship game there, {Ripley vs Epsom ,,,2005} it is one of the more picturesque grounds I had the pleasure visiting, I am from Trinidad and Tobago. Hope in the future I can revisit..

That bowling reminded me of my first wicket, at the presidents game I got 3 wickets for 5 runs three of the runs were wide balls, got out premier all rounder out second ball. Bowled arojjd his legs. Then two other good batsmen as well. So i ended up 2 overs no maidens 5 runs for 3 wickets. I was in cloud 9.
I think that if you practice your bowling a lot you could have a chance at being an all-rounder, and us viewers could even help you if that's what you want.

Hey Gareth, wondering about staring my own UA-cam channel doing the same thing as you, I got a couple quick questions. 1) can the go pro take a hit from a fast moving cricket ball (will it get damaged and not work or will it be fine) 2) I don’t have as much money as you and I know you use the go pro hero 10. I’m thinking about getting the go pro hero 8 instead. Will it still have good quality and be able to pick up the fast moving cricket ball ect. 3) how long does the battery last and how do I get all the videos from the go pro onto my phone or computer? By the way, our whole family loves your channel, keep it up.
Great! 1. They are made for action sports so Yes it can take a hit. 2. Yes GoPro hero 8 will still be good quality if you use the correct settings. 3. You will need at least 2 batteries. Look on UA-cam for tutorials regarding downloading and uploading footage 💪

I must admit I smiled when I saw the last ‘half’ of your over… My seasons bowling was similar - thankfully it was only in friendly games but across 4 different games bowled 13 overs conceding 102 runs - and it was only in the last game of the season I managed to take a wicket !
