I don't see sidecar file as an option... only 'burn captions into video' and 'none'

Nice tutorial. But how can I embed the subtitle with my video? I don't want it as a separate file.
I use Adobe premiere pro CC 2015, and it brings out only SIDECAR for all Export File formats.
Help me. 🤕
