I never know she has voice in Clannad before. After I watch FURINJI MIU at Kenichi in 2018. I see Kenichi anime & Kenichi OVA has different voice actor of FURINJI MIU. I love her voice as furinji miu.
What an extreme shame, I just started to watch the History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi OVA and was disappointed that the addicting "Desu wa" accent of Miu was replaced by some other voice actor. After doing some research, I learned the truth. Rest in peace.
VulcanXIV Me too but I'm watched Kenichi at 2018 & Now I watch the OVA. I don't understand why MIU WAS CHANGED, and I try to search about her voice actor in MyAnimeList. And as I think she died. I never know that she has voice in CLANNAD too :)
Oh my god, Tomoko Kawakami's last line as a voice actress was in Clannad: After Story?! I know she died, but for her last line to be in an extremely sad anime..... R.I.P.
I heard she still did some minor works during her health treatment,like recording some CD Drama for Aria and stuff.And one or two months prior to her death,Kunihiko Ikuhara said he wanted to cast her on Mawaru Penguin...

I think you're right. I'm surprised I missed this considering that I'm a big Nodame Cantabile fan. So her last voice acting words are a bit more uplifting and funnier, "Ero-jiji". Hehe

i dun think this was her last voice over. i think it was her role in Nodame Finale, which was Elise. * ^* but well, whatever... i'm still gonna cry over every anime she's in eve if it's not sad. orz
