I would have expected a grand finale race in San Francisco to be more akin to Lombard Street, but even as it is, it's still one of my favorite tracks in the game.

I used to have this game when I was a kid. I remember I was able to get to the final stage without playing the whole game, with money to buy parts.

The final of 2nd game is the first zone of 1st game. Whataf....
You pretty much go through the first game in reverse order in the second, with some new stops along the way. UK (the final stop of the 1st game) was only the second stop in the 2nd game, as another example.

The San Francisco's racetrack would appear to be medium difficulty, however, frantic oppoments will make the going selfishly harder.
Also, San Francisco track is on my opinion the HARDEST track on TG2. How ironic, is the last.
I personally thought Zurich (the last track of Switzerland) was much harder.

It's on my list. I've actually never played TG3K before, so that game will be all-new territory for me.
The top gear 300?
For me in Omega Brasil 97 it was easy because it has infinite nitro and you can get the best things in the game
