Chillers need to understand that MacG letting go of Aya and Mash is not the end of the world and could be a blessing in disguise for both of them to go on and do bigger and better things. Just like how 94.7 firing MacG resulted in him starting what has become the biggest Podcast in Africa.
I saw a title on UA-cam but haven't watched the video yet, Aya on some podcast explaining his side.

MacG created a very chilled working environment to the point where you could now see that some of them were forgetting he was their boss not their friend. You guys are podcast healers, you guys have the ability to make people comfortable around you. That is why it’s so easy for them to open up so much to you.
