Some really good shots on the squirrels, I've been shooting them myself over the last few weeks got 62 so far using peanuts as bait but getting a bit expensive what are you using.
@@theratpopper yeah agree with the peanuts they can't resist them, going to try maize it's a lot cheaper just to see the response, I'll set a trail camera up as well. Thanks.

I hate squirrels, the greedy rat bastids. I had 2 bird feeders and they would chew them to pieces, after knocking them over first. There had to be at least 30 of them, until Mr Remington & his .22 shorts put a dent in the herd. At first it looked like the closing scene from The Wild Bunch, till they thinned out. There might be 3 or 4 left. Their days are numbered, just like their woodchuck cousins.
That was a great session mate you've been getting some great numbers of squirrels not to mention rabbits as well great work love the channel cheers mate 👍🦘🇦🇺
We have too many Grey squirrels around here. Plus the pest birds like the European Starling and House Sparrow are really bad here. I've used a repeating elevator trap to get rid of them. Keep shooting. Enjoying watching, thanks

Peanuts even though they’re expensive but it always draws them in. I’ve tried wheat and split maize but they can’t resist peanuts.

I bring them all to one place then cull a big number in one go. The feeder is then left empty until next time I need to control them.
