This is a video where I fill my cup first: by taking care of and beautifying myself, and then by boosting my serotonin by spending quality time with my friends and my family.
The rest of our year is usually spent giving ourselves to everything else but ourselves, and while it is all usually fulfilling, it sometimes mean that our self-care and time off can take a backseat.
If you've been watching my channel for a while, you will have noticed that I try to do all that you see in this vlog at the start of each season, rather than at the start of each year. I have noticed that it really goes a long way to strike that balance between showing up fully in my career, and taking care of myself and my personal relationships.
