Me e fijado todos cocinan así cuecen el arroz y botan esa agua de la cocción si se puede grabar con esa misma agua si al lavarlo queda muy limpio si hay que lavarlo más veces así lo hago yo e incluso lo cocino con agua cruda y en menos tiempo...y creo que esas aguas en cuecen va mucha gordura yy creencias la vida del animal...

Mom is awesome - food is always delicious even in limited environment. Mom doesn't talk much but always moving - cooking, doing work, looking for firewood. Wow, look at mom's tree climbing skills, really great. I noticed that nomadic women are tough, healthy and active. They have very strong knees, for all the heavy lifting, climbing mountains and trees. Amazing women. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Blessings all. This house works so well with room organization and flow. No one seems to be “tripping” over each other. I’m trying to recreate the floor plan in an house building game called Sims 3. Adding and adjusting platforms and rooms as the family does. Such fun. Mama is amazing. Now include “tree climbing” in a long dress to her many talents. She is unstoppable. 💪🏻 Mahin’s quick joy and laughter is heart warming. Just love this family always. 🙏❤️🤗 USA

I would if she would keep the chicken broth off boiled chicken it is so good for soups, stew, and more. Rinsing the chicken off in cold water and throwing out broth she is missing best part. We buy the broth in stores.

Dan dia memasak ayam dan memakan daging ayam tanpa gizinya tapu sekedar makan dagingnya.
Harusnya di cuci bersih ayam sebelum dimasak di buang lemak2nya setelah itu baru di masak tanpa di buang kaldunya, kaldu ayam bisa buat masak makanan yang berkuah seperti soup atau untuk membuat bubur nasi dll...

Apakah anda tidak tahu bahwa gizi dalam daging ayam itu semua ada di kaldu itu.
Dan mohon maaf anda memasak ayam dan memakan daging ayam tanpa gizi sekedar makan dagingnya saja.
Padahal air Kaldu ayam bisa buat masak masakan yang berkuah contoh ;soup atau untuk membuat bubur dari kaldu ayam agar gizi untuk tubuh tercukupi .
Jadi disayangkan sekali anda masak ayam di buang kaldunya dan di cuci sehabis di rebus.
Harusnya di cuci bersih sebelum di masak, di buang lemaknya dan baru di masak tanpa di buang kaldunya agar bergizi.🙏🙏

Небольшой огород был, но вода привозная. Дрова сами собирают, за ягодой ходят. Женщины в Иране в 55 лет выходят на пенсию, может быть получают пенсию

Getting colder….another great video! Will be interesting to see how winter unfolds. When cooking chicken, we never through out the chicken stock after cooking. It is considered gold in cooking. We use it to cook rice and vegetables in…it is great to give the dogs and goats has natural antibiotics in it. Or simply drink some broth with you meal. Very beneficial when you have illness and colds. ❤❤❤

I admire how the ladies hike, climb and carry loads in their shimmering robes. They move like fleet-footed queens. And I love the rough and beautiful mountain landscape more and more. Quadir is always ready for fun and interestingly dressed with a warm fur hat and T-shirt and flip-flop-like slippers. And I admire the kind-hearted Amir. As a devout Muslim, he is not allowed to touch dogs and has to wash after every touch. This is what the religious regulations say. And he finds ways to show his affection to the little dogs. And the smart puppies understand it and wag their tails happily when they see him. Allah bless and keep this friendly, traditional yet modern family. I’m are 28 year NYC Firefighter, the first symptoms will be bad headaches, if you are lucky. Leave the door open when the oil heater is on. When you cook make sure you don’t close up the cooking area. I just want you to be safe

Махин- красавица с добрым сердцем и чувством юмора, она на одной волне с Кадиром, очень креативном парнем, он коммуникабелен, интересен своим поведением, отзывчивый и харизматичный, мамачка прошла с мужем длинный жизненный путь, на котором каждый день- борьба за выживание, но не озлобилась, а сохраниа в себе позитив, Амир- крепкий хозяин, который из ничего может сделать шедевр, здоровья его рукам, имеет склонность к творчеству, это видно по месту обитания- сказка! В целом, с этой семьей отдыхаешь и получаешь от нее позитив, спасибо! Но хотелось бы узнать, кто есть кто? Например, Махин- она дочь или жена сына ? Тогда - где её муж? Mahin is the daughter in law and is married to Amirs eldest son Milad. Mahin and Milad are shadm
ehr's parents and shadmehr is the grandson of Amir and Ajav (Amir's wife). Their sons are Milad, who's the cameraman, Hassan, and Ghidir. Hassan is away at the university. Hes studying to be a teacher. I hope this helps you become more acclimated with this family. They are absolutely amazing! 😊

Home is where you make it a home. Home could be in your car or under a bridge and yes even a beautiful mountain side "cave" ranch house is home for this beautiful family."

I love the kitchen. With the curtain closed the interior of it is so cosy and homey. Both ladies are not only beautiful, but graceful and very hard working. I was wondering why you didn’t take the donkey to gather the wood. Come to think of it I haven’t seen him since the vet was there. Where do you keep him?
