Ford’s Poppie Red was only available on Mustangs in 1965, making this car more desirable and valuable to collectors. The color looks awesome in person under a bright sun.

How about the fact that those electric cars are not good for the environment at all and the only reason why theyre forcing those pieces of crap on us is because the big influential companies and people have invested in them? Political agenda.... thats what its all about. Its not about the environment thats for sure. Im ashamed enough to be owning a cell phone which also contributes to slave labour in those countries but it sure isnt as bad as electric cars.

In the early 70's, my '65 fastback looked almost identical to this. Except for the automatic & backup lights! Mine was the 289 hipo & 4 speed. Holley carb, one push of the gas pedal & turn the key fired right up! Very fast in the 1/8 mile & a blast to drive! Sure do miss the 70's!
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they even want to slow down all the gas pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil smoke cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.
Its a shame that these cars are allowed to be exported. This is our history and our legacy for us to enjoy not them. This drives up the prices for our classic cars and makes them hard to find.

@65FASTBACKMAN I don't believe they were standard on ALL 66 Mustangs. Grandfather owned a K Code car and it didn't have back up lights.
Its a "66 Look at the gas cap! 65's were black and chrome! 66 was chrome with no black!
