The reason I don't use NMD chara, she like unbalance for me, I don't know why her get nerfed, I think Chara was better and more balanced when it was first released, Because now NMD Chara is not good for limited event units with that much dmg.
The reason why unit placement has to be one is because the damage is highest, not the long range
Nmd Chara for me is not a meta unit only like good unit
