I think another most important reaoson nurses leaving Nepal is lack of respect from doctor and patient We are working for both but we get disrespected by both Not all some patient and doctors are soo kind , lovely and appreciative but few people are so mean without reason They makes us wonder sometimes why we are in this profession.. Doctors in nepal think they have authority to shout at us in small mistakes sometimes even without mistake to feel superior.. Most pateint think we are there just to wipe stool urine and they treat us and. Speak to us in that way We are there to support patient emotionally but we ourselves are like walking dead body We don't expect people to greet us or give us position of god But at leat treat us like a human that we are..
now this……. I was so shocked at first working outside nepal patients and family were “thanking” me and doctors telling “please” and “thank you”😳 while i was doing a bare minimum 😅. I was simply doing my job like in Nepal and i never expected that kind of compliments and respect, because we never received them back in our home country.

This is true for every medical profession, even doctors. Many doctors want to serve their own country, and money is not always the main factor. The elites or government doesn't have any policy to retain them. So the mistreatment and lack of respect often compel us to go to the US, UK, or other countries. There, the respect for the profession is high, the learning opportunities are excellent, security is better, and the money is very good

I think another most important reaoson nurses leaving Nepal is lack of respect from doctor and patient
We are working for both but we get disrespected by both
Not all some patient and doctors are soo kind , lovely and appreciative but few people are so mean without reason
They makes us wonder sometimes why we are in this profession..
Doctors in nepal think they have authority to shout at us in small mistakes sometimes even without mistake to feel superior..
Most pateint think we are there just to wipe stool urine and they treat us and. Speak to us in that way
We are there to support patient emotionally but we ourselves are like walking dead body
We don't expect people to greet us or give us position of god
But at leat treat us like a human that we are..
now this……. I was so shocked at first working outside nepal patients and family were “thanking” me and doctors telling “please” and “thank you”😳 while i was doing a bare minimum 😅. I was simply doing my job like in Nepal and i never expected that kind of compliments and respect, because we never received them back in our home country.

Beautifully address the current scenario of nurses in nepal
Babal brother
Not only nurses but in every field in Nepal
The sad fact that nurses aren't appreciated well in this country, and always underrated makes them leave for better opportunities! harsh truth
This is true for every medical profession, even doctors. Many doctors want to serve their own country, and money is not always the main factor. The elites or government doesn't have any policy to retain them. So the mistreatment and lack of respect often compel us to go to the US, UK, or other countries. There, the respect for the profession is high, the learning opportunities are excellent, security is better, and the money is very good
Please make a video on doctors being underpaid, violence etc
