Thanks for posting these vids. Wife and I are considering a move to Gladstone when we get back to Oz next year and these are good info for us, we're both into fishing and crabbing.
Common misperception its actually Tannum creek not Wild cattle creek.The big winner in that creek is prawns which can be had this time of year on a BIG OUT (April ,May depending on rain) just a bit up from where you turned back by best i could make out.You will come to a section with a sand bar in the center with approximately 1.5 meters deep water either side and a small inlet on the Wild cattle island side.Leave about 2 1/2 hours before the low ,gives you plenty time to get back before it gets too deep.

Plenty of spots around, its abit fished out but if you put the hours in, you can normally come away with a feed
