Kevin is one of the last great masters of the art of the joke. And I don't mean regular stand up that you see today but he knows how to craft a goddamn beautiful joke. That line about apologizing when it's not your fault and then he immediately says sorry when Sarah disagrees was borderline genius. I dunno if he's used that before but if it was totally off the cuff then his speed is very fuckin impressive. Great comedian and I'm really glad I discovered the podcast.

2022,....Wow! How is it I missed this interview/hike? I love Sarah try to catch all the things she's in and her on-going podcast in 2022. Hiking with Kevin helped me through the Covid lock-downs, and isolation I was feeling. I'm just an average (Joe),....and interacting with strangers and people in my community, pre-Covid, was what kept me sane and connected. It felt like life its self was over, we were isolated in our homes, scared shitless about getting infected, and being an older person,....we were warned the virus, was killing our group faster than any other. Sheesh, I'm not 70 or 80,....but in my 60s. Things have never been the same,...even now, stores aren't open as long,....I loved that many grocery stores were open 24 hours. I lived a "night-owl", life style,.....I would shop at Walmart or my local grocery store at 3AM,....there were diners that were open 24 hours, too. Now in October of 2022,.....none of those places exist, or they keep minimal hours,.....7 to 8 hours of operation like it was in the 1950s. And it sucks! imo

Hope she continues to progress in her approach towards those who are similar enough, yet holding other very different views than hers.
I was fortunate to work in LA last summer/fall. I loved the trails in and around LA. Creeks and waterfalls and views abound, you just have to find them. Hiked every day. Loved it!

Kevin Nealon is by far the funniest person to ever exist in my humble opinion. I stumbled upon this hiking series by accident (searching for Brad Paisley guitar tones , Vox - he did a hike with Brad) and so glad I did. Also Sarah Silverman is very funny.
