As someone who worked for 6 years in the culinary industry, watching this show, gave me like PTSD vibes. The stress is real, the fire, the rush, the shouts, all of those things that makes a normal people go crazy. But in this ambient, nobody is normal. People with alcohol abuse or drug abuse, lots of cigarettes, ive met them all, bit thats the point, these people are insanity good at their job. Chefs and waiters all working in sync, to make the best night for the guests.

I'm currently on season 2 of this show, and i cant count the amount of times these episodes have left me speechless, its a mastercraft in portraying the stress and anxiety of ANY struggling artist, as well as being so uncomfortably real with its drama. I very much hope you all enjoy the next batch of episodes.

Having friends who work in culinary (and an ex who was in it), the Escoffier Cookbook by Auguste Escoffier is the defining factor for any professional chef within a brigade.
It's got all the Mother Sauces, the terminology, and the philosophy of having a functional brigade.
Escoffier was the godfather of the brigade-style kitchen hierarchy, and his teachings made it to people like Marco Pierre White, who then passed his knowledge on to Gordon Ramsay.
It is the ultimate puzzle piece to starting a journey in the culinary field, and I highly recommend any home cook or chef have a copy on hand.
What I'm _not_ going to do is shill stock pots and stock cubes to you, because as Marco once said,
    "that is _your_ choice."

Do you realize how much work was put on her that day? It's normal to make a mistake when you're under that much pressure over time. She asked Carmy repeatedly to go over the new system because things were off but was ignored by both Carmy and Richie.
Then he blew a fuse when she made a mistake but not for the mistake he was supposedly angry about but the risotto incident.
Also she stabbed Richie BECAUSE HE WALKED BACKWARDS INTO HER KNIFE!!!! I'm tired of pointing this out to people. She wasn't waving her knife around when it happened, she was just going about her business.

    • @kuivia
      @kuivia 2 місяці тому +2

@@biharcourt Is it personal bias which makes it so you can't understand that holding a kitchen knife away from your counter is stupid? If you're "going about your business" you leave the knife or hold the knife properly. I never said Richie wasn't at fault as well but holding a knife like that in a busy kitchen is crazy dumb.

Ok. Unpopular opinion: I do not like Sydney. She is awesome, and capable, and reliable most of the time. But as soon things stop going her way she loses her mind and just starts doing shit. She didn’t like that Carmy said her dish wasn’t ready so she went behind his back and gave it away and then watch the guy eat it just to validate herself. She ditched service when they needed her the most after a mess that she caused and had the nerve to say “this is not on me” after she was the one who was pushing for to go’s and then didn’t set it up right. She badmouthed Carmy calling him a little bitch when she was the one who ran away. She pushed back on Carmy after he made her sue chef and put her in charge of the brigade after she was the one who came in with the 50 page manual on how to fix the place. She lashes out on people who don’t deserve it when she’s pissed. She acts like she did nothing wrong. Carmy did PLENTY wrong but he took responsibility and apologized. She takes absolutely zero responsibility ever for any of her mistakes. She is an excellent chef and partner, but if she cannot keep it together when things get real like an adult she should not be in a leadership position.

I Love Gumball I KNow You Stoped It But Please Try To Make A Video About It I Love The Show I Even Made Some Fan Fic Here It Is Read It In A Video Or Anamite Please Here Is The Pliot Episode Of My Seson 7 Now Here’s a fun script for the first episode of Season 7 of "The Amazing World of Gumball," which leads into the final episode "The Inquisition." This episode will set up the last chapter with a blend of humor, adventure, and a hint of what’s to come.
    Title: "The Time Capsule Conundrum"
    Opening Scene:
The Watterson family is gathered in the living room, which is covered in clutter from various projects.
Gumball: (holding a dusty box) Guys, check this out! I found an old time capsule buried in the backyard!
Darwin: (excitedly) Oh, cool! I wonder what we buried in there.
Anais: (adjusting her glasses) Let me guess-it's probably full of outdated junk that’s completely useless.
Nicole: (walking in with a stack of paperwork) If it’s anything like the rest of this house, it’s probably not worth the trouble.
Richard: (lounging on the couch with a snack) Time capsules are awesome! I hope it’s full of candy and comic books.
    Gumball: (grinning) Let’s find out!
They open the box to reveal old toys, letters, and a mysterious old book.
Anais: (examining the book) This looks like an old journal. It could have valuable information.
Gumball: (grabbing the journal) Or it could be full of boring stuff like algebra equations.
Richard: (grinning) Let’s just say it’s treasure and move on!
Nicole: (sighing) Richard, stop with the nonsense. We need to focus on... (looking at the book) ...whatever this is.
    Scene Transition:
The family is now gathered around the table, reading the journal.
Darwin: (excitedly) It talks about a secret plan to protect our town!
Anais: (seriously) It’s written in code. We need to decipher it to understand what’s really going on.
Gumball: (mischievously) Oh, I get it! The town is in danger, and we’re the only ones who can save it!
Richard: (eating chips) I knew it. Time capsules always come with an adventure!
Nicole: (determined) We need to take this seriously. If there’s a threat, we have to be ready.
    Scene Transition:
The Watterson family is now on a wild adventure across town, following clues from the journal. They encounter various funny obstacles.
Gumball: (holding up a map) According to this, we need to find the “Golden Leaf.”
Darwin: (looking around) Is that a real leaf or is it a metaphor?
Anais: (examining a clue) It’s probably a metaphor. But let’s search anyway.
Richard: (rolling around in a pile of leaves) Found it! Oh wait, it’s just a regular leaf.
Nicole: (checking her watch) We’re running out of time. Keep looking!
    Final Scene:
The family discovers the “Golden Leaf,” which turns out to be a key to a hidden room under the house.
Gumball: (excitedly) We did it! We found the hidden room!
Darwin: (peeking inside) I hope it’s not full of more puzzles.
Anais: (inspecting the room) No, it looks like it’s a repository of historical documents.
Nicole: (relieved) Good job, everyone. We’ll figure out the rest of this later.
Richard: (taking a nap on the floor) Can we go home now?
Gumball: (smirking) Yeah, let’s go home. But something tells me this isn’t over yet.
Nicole: (sighing) Let’s hope not. But we need to be prepared for whatever comes next.
    Closing Scene:
The family is back home, and they place the journal and the key in a safe place.
Gumball: (grinning at Darwin) I bet this is going to lead to something big.
Darwin: (excited) I can’t wait to find out!
Anais: (serious) Remember, we need to stay focused and work together.
Nicole: (smiling) Agreed. Let’s see where this adventure takes us.
Richard: (yawning) Can we have dinner now?
The scene fades out as the family prepares to settle in for the night, with the hidden room’s key shining ominously in the background.
