Just little correction cause this video have 3 song actually. After they sit in park chair scene and playing on stage then they sings' halley comet' while hugs and cry. when they interview until the park scenes. And song during chair park little skit and play around the stage is short ver. of song title City(เมือง)

I have found full playlist of this concert only few song that changed *Day 1 is the phantom of opera(suprise song day1)and 2 song with 4eve (guest star day1) duet with nunew,i think the title is Tears Life Boy and I Like Boy *And for day 2 is beauty and the beast(suprise song day 2) and 1 song with guest star day too,i forgot his name and the songs title but he duet solo with zee hm i think he is Pup from Potato band and zee singing 2 solo song that i found hard to remembering it
