Well it’s official, the circle is now complete. Arkham Asylum did a video for Kingpin with Notorious, as well as one for Penguin with Bad Reputation. Jack Doe did a Kingpin video with Bad Reputation. And now you, Mr. Hecker have done a tribute for Penguin with Notorious. It’s amazing.
Personally, I categorize Oswald in the "Eccentric Crime Boss" type of super-villains. No supernatural powers or metamorphised-human (or meta-human) abilities. Just plain, old criminal mastermind. If I were a crook in Gotham City, I would stick to day-light crime or early evening at the most. Work in smaller, less outlandish jobs. If I have to work with a team, go for professionals. No-one with a particulary violent or lengthy criminal record. Less deaths on the job, less Bat-problems in the future.
