Understanding Willow proves without a shadow of a doubt that Amity was never a bully: She only and I mean ONLY acted like that because Odalia blackmailed her to end her friendship with Willow. Everything we saw early on was Amity just putting on an act, she was always just pretending to not care about Willow to make sure she didn't get kicked out of Hexside, cause Odalia said she'd do it if Amity maintained her friendship with Willow or being friendly with her. The point is Amity is not and never was a bully. This episode makes it clear that Amity never wanted to hurt Willow and was just forced into it, she always loved and cared about her best friend, because like I said before she was just putting on an act to protect Willow from Odalia and that's it. That's all it ever was. And besides that, Amity DID deserve to be mean to Luz from the beginning, even if she wasn't ACTUALLY bullying her; she was just VERY ANGRY at her for helping Willow cheat and getting her in trouble at school. As for King, she was only mean to him by association because he knew Luz.

It wasn't really Luz's fault she doesn't even know who Belos was, and it was never her fault at the beginning Belos figured it out a way before Luz helped him. So it was kinda like Luz helped Belos in an early year and Belos is the real villain, he tricked/lied to all the witches and planned to kill them all.
