Apparently people will straight up stop playing a campaign if there's an unskippable flying mission. I know folks who never finished Halo 1 because they couldn't fly a banshee. Some people just cannot make it work. Apparently that's partly why they included flying as a separate war story in BF1, completely skippable - but that's probably a guess

Yeah absolutely, dont change something that isn't broken, BF4 was just pure fun, it perfectly mixed air/sea/land combat with insane "Battlefield moment"
