So a theory:
The snake doctor often shows regret and sorrow for experimenting on fishbones and trying to have an actual "friendship", cause he's seeing that what he's doing Is morally wrong and distorted
The snake guy one day tries to help fishbones escape and asking If he's really gonna be alright on his own,he doesn't.
I assume he got In a car crash,cause the drawing on the clipboard might be a clue to what happens to the little guy
When the snake doc finds him bleeding to death and almost dying,he takes him back and has a mental breakdown

I feel like this is a doctor helping their patient feel like they’re not alone as they die. From their clipboard, there are three different diagnoses, one of which is a car crash. They skip over it, as the doctor doesn’t want the patient to focus on their fate (dying) because the doctor knows the patient is beyond saving, and instead focuses on making sure they felt safe/loved/not alone in their passing.
This animation is probably more deep than this but I feel like the clipboard is something people often miss when making theories.

The docter is actually a lab worker named Paril and the patient is named FishBones, or also known as #5 Paril works under Chiffon who is a pink axolotle character that shows up a lot in Sir Fluffs animations, FB (fish bones) is a lab experiment/ guinea pig, and Paril is the guy that mostly works on him, and Paril had an accident while working on FB, it’s not as wholesome as you think.

Ok, so it looks like at the end, an accident happened, and the doctor tried to save fishbone, failed. Since it looks like the coat was hastily put over in an attempt at saving them, I'm assuming that the accident was really sudden and that the doctor was with them at the time. But that doesn't really fit, because if they have no medical supplies on hand, why is fishbone on a hospital bed, and it looks like the coat isnt even there to stop the bleeding it's just there to hide the wound, and the doctor is looking really regretful and distraught right now... AMOGUS SUS- ok but serriously, it looks like he was ordered... by someone? To do something to fishbone, immediately regretted it, and tried to hide what he had done, or maybe tried in vain to save fishboneeeeeee??????
I'm going in circles by now but in short here are the two theories,
1: accident happened and doctor was there and vainly tried to save fishbone (unlikely theory)
2: doctor caused this and fishbone's state is because of him somehow, causing him to cover the mistake or whatever it was with his own coat, probably in a vague way of saying "I'm so sorry" or "I wish I could've helped" (this one is most likely but the evidience is so open to debate that its barely evidience at all lmao)

Ok,I've gone and rewatched most of the old animations having to do with fish guy, and the doctor is reluctant and questioning his work, but he still does it. He works for chiffon, is friends with catfish, and it seems like the spikey dude working with them set up a plan with chiffon, to create victims to work on.
From what uh I've seen, feline ichthyes here got stuck in a bear trap set up by spikey dude, dont know if it was specifically for fish bone or just waiting for anyone, but he got stuck, they found him, lured him/her/they (dont know sorry) in with a false sense of security by 'saving him' and then used that to run expiraments. I dont know if the "worms" meme means that he was already infected with something and in bad health, or if the doctors did that themselves to either kill him or prepare him to die. You know what? This is a long shot here, but I think that once they got ahold of a victim, they put the worms in the kill whoever's it is and prepare the body. Maybe it's to cover up the death so thatofficially, they cant be found guillty. Chiffon never kills someone directly with his own hand, he always uses something that cant be easily tied back to him, the 'infected deer', other un-dead animals, ect. So is it a stretch to assume that he put the worms in the now filleted fish to kill them in-directly and keep them coming back for help? Keep them in the doctor's control? Ehhh?? I dont know but I want an answer sheet but I dont want one at the same time.

I NOW have a hunch that instead of some wierd elaborate plan dealio with tha spikey lizard dude I had seen with the bear traps theory isnt right. He was probs just a bear trapguy, but I bet chiffon takes advantage of others misfortune, and has kept in touch with guys like spikey lizard, low morals and in possession of jobs that have a high accident rate for other peope. I bet that this wasn't the first victim, but the difference on this is because of the cruel way snake doctor took care of their Guinea pig; he cared for them while killing them.

Ok, so. I think weve fleshed out most the fishbone lore, it's in no way complete, but we have a general idea of what happened. With sir fluff tho, everything's connected, and we have no idea if chiffon used his research to get his high status in society and we dont know what is going on in this world. Honestly, by now I'm just getting excited and am wanting to do this conspiracy club shenanigan for a while longer. So, into bringing and sifting through every animation meme and community post there is? Maybe not? Maybe we will? Who knows, but its fun.

I think theory #2 is more likely, because if you go on Fluff's ToyHouse page, it says Paril (snake doctor) works for Chiffon, meaning that whatever happened to FB was probably the result of Chiffon and Paril experimenting. This is further supported by FB's page, which includes a log entry from someone with the initial P, like Paril.

TIME FOR SOME ANALYSIS TIME AND THEORIES:
As we probably know, FB was captured with a bear trap which injured his paw. Dr. Peril patched him up referring back to the hp meme. With the Doctor meme, Dr. Peril is seen giving something to FB, a bottle with a heart with an X on it. He stated that it would help FB with a full heart, but we all know what happened next. As we can see, FB was probably awake he whole time when Dr. Peril was either dissecting him or ripping his guts out (since in fb’s design, he is missing most of his guts in general). The pill that Dr. Peril gave him was probably poison or a drug of some kind that effected FB’s heart. In the “What is logical” meme, a heart is seen in the video, this is what chiffon is asking of peril to obtain from fb. Peril is guilty for doing such cruel things just to live a somewhat normal life (according to his toyhouse bio). Now, we all know that FB was resurrected due to Chiffons ability to reanimated deceased beings (referring to the sleepwalk meme i think), and now has evolved from animating them with their conscious. It’s still unclear why Chiffon wants a heart from this species or if he wants the heart for something, but as far as we know, FB’s and Peril’s story ..isn’t a happy one
