I'd argue that the deadliest guards are Sniper, Heavy, with the comparatively less threatening ones but still threatening being Pyro, Soldier, Demoman and Spy. Sniper is long-ranged and can headshot you without any troubles. He can be in trouble if at close range, but otherwise, steer clear from their sight if you are actively rebelling. He can't handle more than one rebeller at close range unless he gets help. The Heavy is the opposite of Sniper; not truly troublesome at long range, but extremely dangerous at close range. Meleeing him is a death sentence unless you are matadoring Spy, so you better hope to get ammo if you wanna to get rid of him, or backstab him as a Spy. Worst case scenario, you will be shredded apart. Worse still, two or three rebels may not be enough to take him out if none of them have ammo unless they do something like the element of surprise, or distracting the guard Heavy so a RED Spy backstab him without too much risk involved. Pyro have flamethrower which can airblast and damage after time, Soldier and Demoman have explosive weapons, though all three have greater risk of freehitting or freekilling by accident or incompetency, and Spy can backstab you if you don't watch your back.
I'd personally argue that Heavy is one of the deadliest guards, with equipped with the right items. A heavy equiped with Natascha, a weapon that on hit slows down the enemy, makes it almost impossible for someone to escape him his line of sight. Slowing down an enemy makes it easier for guards such as scouts and pyros to get closer to there targets, and makes it easier for guards such as snipers to get there headshots.
i did not know jailbreak gameplay can be so entertaining. I'd love to see more it was perfect. The people panicking in the comms added a lot to the gameplay as well

so what im getting from this video is pick your fights, don't go after 2v1's especially when there's a heavy kill the snipers first and if you can't get them try to hide and take different paths from their sightline know your matchups and don't be so obvious with your pathing work together with other rebellers (might be some more i didn't notice O-o )
