Iron Rattler is one of those you have to ride to really appreciate. On paper it looks relatively tame for an RMC but holy hell is it a white knuckle ride. The back row gets crazy airtime just being pulled over the crest of the lift hill and that first drop is my #1 on any coaster. It's one of those rides that's more than just the sum of its elements.
Batman: TDK at Six Flags New England is such a toughie: as you said, good but not great, but I also feel like it's underappreciated. A forceful, smooth multi-looper like that is always a good thing. But it lacks some kind of indefinable "it" factor that would make it stand out. And people who haven't ridden it probably just assume it's one of the invert Batclones. B&M went back to almost the same layout to make the largest coaster in India, Nitro at Imagicaa. But just from looking at POVs of it, it looks like they made a bunch of little tweaks and refinements to make it a more thrilling ride. They were less space-constrained at Imagicaa.
SFSL is my home park. And one very different thing about most the coasters, especially the wooden coasters, is how temperamental they can be. The Boss is probably he worst offender here. Sometimes it’s actually not crazy rough and others it almost kills you! Screamin eagle can be the same way at times. Although there isn’t a ton of rides that can compete with a night ride on the screamin eagle on a nice hot summer night
Thank you for giving bizzaro/medusa love! I always say it's one of my favorites yet Idk know why. In theory it's not much different from the other superhero themed rides at GA but there's something ab it that for some reason is way better. I think maybe because of how smooth it is.
It seems people find wing coasters to lack the forces of other coasters, but I don’t and find that the wing coasters I’ve done are some of my favorite coasters out there.
@@ThemeParkAvenue Honestly I thought the 2 wing coasters I've been on, X-Flight and Wild Eagle, had some decently strong positives to them. I believe on X-flight I got close to greying-out and on Wild Eagle I did get full grey-out just barely.
Yea, not a fan of the S&S free spins, especially if you get a front flipping seat on the first drop, it forces you into the harness and I found it painful like falling chest first onto the ground. I enjoyed the ride more when I was in a seat that did more backflips but even then I didn't find the g-forces all that intense overall its a very gimmicky ride. While I would definitely get on X2 or Eejanaika if I had the chance, all the other free spins I would definitely pass.
The free spins can sometimes give painful rides, but I do often enjoy my rides on them. It all depends on the random spinning cycle you get and varies every time.
hot take: american eagle is the scariest ride on this list, at least for what i've ridden. not an intensity thing--put me on literally anything and it won't bother me. last time i rode AE was a month ago. the wood on the u-turn out of the station is green and algae-ridden. i'm mortally terrified of it and it's gonna kill me some day.
Nice list! You've inspired me to do a couple of tier ranking lists too lol. My biggest disagreement on this one is that Full Throttle is low S tier for me. Not sure what's not to like! I'm a weirdo who likes Premier rides in general though. I'm a West Coast Racers fan too.
Very tough choice. If it is after July 30th and you wish to ride the new Cliffhanger, that might be reason enough to choose Fiesta Texas. I think Silver Dollar City is probably the better park though. Depends on your preferences.
I love SFFT and would recommend it for Iron Rattler alone. If youve got more than one day to spend then Six Flags over Texas is only about a four hour dive from San Antonio. Would make for a great coaster weekend if you can pull it off.
I respect your opinion but disagree. X2 is an S tier ride and it's 1 of the 2 best rides in the park. I've never experienced any pain on that ride. Is it a bit rough in spots? Absolutely but it's nothing too bad. I experience far more discomfort going through Tatsu's pretzel loop
Interesting. I get why it's a favorite for sure, but honestly that final turn is extremely painful for me. The pretzel loop is more intense but less painful.
@@ThemeParkAvenue nice I want to do super man but I am kinda scared of roller coaster but I pushed my self to do Batman dark night and I loved it next is probably super man or Maybe wicked cyclone
Ok bizzaro at A teir? American eagle over batman clones? Idk how goliath at great America isn't in S considering the other rides you put in that category. Ok enough complaining, good video :) lol
American Eagle isn’t over the Batman clones, it was alphabetical order. I actually prefer the Batman clones by a decent margin. Also, Goliath was very close to S as I mentioned, but it’s just not quite up there with the other RMCs that made S tier. Bizzaro (now Medusa) was shockingly awesome and easily earned A tier for me. I’m happy you liked the video overall.
@@ThemeParkAvenue I would love to have you join me for a Planet Coaster spotlight or coaster review sometime. I know how knowledgeable you are about coasters and theme parks and I think it would be fun. I can pre-record the video and we can record the audio over discord.
@@ThemeParkAvenue Well I was thinking about a coaster on the video game as alot of players are really trying to make some realistic coasters. Hope all is going well?

Actually, most of the decisions were seen being made directly in this video and it was entirely unscripted to give a more genuine reaction and reasoning for each placement.
Toro is pretty rough and there's no way around that for me. I have much more fun with Iron Rattler but I understand why some consider El Toro to be the best roller coaster.
Thanks for watching! Remember that with 102 ranked coasters, the list is bound to be different from yours. Hope you enjoyed nonetheless.
I love the vids keep up the good work
@@RocketWZ thanks
love the video!
"Raging Bull is below Goliath, but definitely above Goliath"
Six Flags in one sentence.
Lol. That was a sentence I wanted to take back after saying to an extent.
You are the most underrated coaster channel.
I love these rankings.
Thanks. That really means a lot.
Runaway Mine Train at Over Texas is so aggressive I love it 😂. That last drop in the back is insane
That one moment had the guy next to me scared speechless.
@@ThemeParkAvenue was I the guy next to you 😂. I had no idea it was there 😂
Definitely one of the best Arrow mine trains, also the first! Love it.

Love the videos and always one of the first to watch when they come out.
I really appreciate that and I’m glad you like them.
Finally people are giving joker at discovery kingdom some live, it’s soooo good!
Heck yeah! It’s a fantastic coaster that I think many are sleeping on.
I will give it this: Joker has the best prelift of any RMC. Actually has legit airtime!
@@joeygassmann5595 I agree it is the best one, though I like the one on Steel Vengeance a lot as well.

Flash V2 and Discovery Kingdom is pretty awesome when its opened w the inversion rather than a vertical spike
It looked awesome. I wish it was open when I went to the park.
Forgot Revolution at Magic Mountain but you’re right, Twisted Colossus is the best ride of all six flags and my personal #1
I didn’t create the template, but if Revolution were on the template it would probably be in the D tier.
It's at 11:34
Great to see New England getting the rep we deserve 🥲
Your top two is unbelievable. Truly awesome.
Great video! Maybe you could do a Cedar Fair one like this sometime.
Respect on the hype for Raging Bull. Best first drop on a B&M hyper in my opinion.
I agree. The drop is phenomenal and the ride overall rocks.
I love watching these!
I’m glad to hear that!
Keep killing it
Twisted Cyclone is a masterpiece and is a good candidate for a 1-2 punch at SFOG
two S tiers for my home park (sfne)! Lets go!
Yep! Your top 2 is pretty much unbeatable.
Great video. Keep up the good work.
Thanks. I will do my best.

Thats probably why New England’s Goliath got removed, i still will never forgive it for replacing shipwreck falls

Kingda Ka El Toro Twisted Colossus Wicked Cyclone and Nitro are S Tier.
Nah I disagre with the whizzer being in D tier for me it’s a A for me
It’s fun, but maybe not quite as nostalgic for me. It is a good ride, but not spectacular for me.
I would put whizzer at B, just because it was the first “big” rollercoaster that I went on lol
