Or you could casually start a conversation with someone and after talking for a second introduce yourself and shake their hand or find a way to touch them. But have honey or something sticky on your hand. Tell them sorry you accidentally got off on your hand earlier. There's a few possibilities with OFF you could do like asking if they know where you could go to get off. Intentionally get in women's way in grocery stores. Inevitably someone will say "excuse me". Thank them for the heads up and pull your shirt neck up over your nose like they ripped one. Women get uncomfortable when accused of ripping ass. The OFF one is where it's really at. I'm not looking for any shootouts or anything. I just think it could be hilarious.
