    I just bought yarn for this exquisite scarf from Hobbii. They had so many different selections of this type of yarn. I chose a soft multi pink color. I can't wait to get started. I'll be watching the mailbox every day for it to come in! Thank you, Jennifer, for another extraordinary pattern!

      I bought the Hobbii Diablo Multi (Peachy Pink #19). The yardage is different, so I had to adjust, but I believe double stranding this yarn will be beautiful!

    Nice, I just finished one using angel hair yarn. Before I joined my ends together, I twisted the scarf and created a mobius wrap! Very nice! 😊

    Jennifw, when you are going into the chains to start the first row or round, do you go into the top loop of the chain or the back bump? For the blind crocheters like myself, I would appreciate if you could verbalize this in future videos.

    Can you use a #3 yarn or a# 2?

    • @fiberflux
      @fiberflux  3 місяці тому

      Yes! I would try doing a test swatch to see how the yarn performs for you. If you're not sure of the hook size, just start with the recommended and go from there. Often for these types of projects, I like lots of pretty drape so I tend to go up a hook size or even two to open it up a bit!

    What weight is the yarn?

    • @fiberflux
      @fiberflux  3 місяці тому +1

      Good question! I used two strands held together, each strand is technically a fingering weight, but feeling very much like a thread weight with a fuzzy halo. For both of them held together, it was still a very similar weight, like a fingering/sock weight. So if you wanted to substitute, I would go with a fingering weight and/or sock yarn for this one.
      That being said, if you wanted to go a little thicker it would still look great, it will just be a little bigger overall. I hope this helps!
