Since I have a larger griddle for my deck at home, this is exactly what I would like to use when I'm out with my travel trailer. Great video and thanks for sharing.
I have used the griddle on a plastic Rubbermaid table and there was no problem whatsoever. The solid metal bottom of the griddle case/box and the airspace between it and the surface you're setting your griddle on prevent too much heat from reaching the table top. I believe the griddle is safe for most surfaces. Enjoy your new Griddle! Thanks for watching and commenting.
what's the most you have cooked for with this? I'm curious because mostly I'm four people, but it can jump to six or eight occasionally. Can I get away with the 17?
Yes! But only if you use too much water too quickly. I made that mistake once and the griddle warped very badly, but it returned to normal when the entire surface cooled down. Just a small amount of water is needed to clean the griddle between items being cooked. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Beautiful! Mines on the way. Oh yeah!!
Ooooh Yeaah!! Great production, and even better burger!! Ordered the 17"er yesterday. This will be the first production on the Grill. Thank you!!!
Thanks for the video. Just got mine today and cant wait to try it out.

Thats it, I'm buying a Blackstone grill!
I just bought one!!! Does the bottom of the unit get warm while cooking? Trying to figure out what I should put it on.

I noticed you squirted water to clean up the left over cheese. Does the water affect the griddle? Like would warp the metal??
