✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
Semolina (सूजी ) - 2cup
Water (पानी ) - 2cup
Salt (नमक ) - 1tbsp
Oil (तेल ) - some
Peanuts (मूंगफली ) - 1cup
Cashew Nuts (काजू) - Some
Almonds (बादाम ) - some
Raisins (किशमिश ) - some
Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) - some
Black (काला नमक) - some
Chat Masala (चाट मसाला) - some
Sugar Powder (चीनी पाउडर ) - some
Potato Boiled (उबले आलू ) - 3-4
Oil (तेल ) - some
✍🏻𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞:
Roast some Peanut, Cashew Nuts, Raisins, and Curry Leaves separately and take them out on a plate. Mix well with some Black Salt, Chat Masala, and Powdered Sugar. Keep the pan for heating, add Water, Salt, and Semolina. Cook well by Stirring it continuously. When the mixture turns thick then turn the flame off. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Then add boiled and grated Potato. Knead well the dough so there may not be any lumps in it. Take sev/namkeen machine, grease some Oil in it. Put a medium lattice plate in it and put the ready mixture in it. Make sev in the heated Oil. Don't stir till the froth is there. Fry until it turns golden and crispy. At last break the sev and mix well with the roasted Nuts. Keep it in the airtight jar and enjoy super tasty and crispy namkeen.
