I loved my rubberdown rad relocate on my mudpro. Fitment was top notch and quality was great. Sweet build. Keep it up.

On the radiator hose, I would have cut the old hose. I would have just taken the whole hose out and replaced it with a new one without needing to use sleeves and a 90 and hose clamps. Just one straight shot new hose.

That kit looks awesome and well made and everything but man, that whole skull thing on the front is straight out 2003. I’d be embarrassed with that thing.

I was considering buying one of these bikes and found out about over-heating issues and that people “relocated” their radiator I thought “no big deal, I can do that on the bike somewhere” but damn! This is absolutely silly! Guess I’m going with a different brand 🤦‍♂️

I was so inspired I washed my RAD for 35 min. Pine needles and one half ton of mud. I removed the fan to clean it better. My 650 fan now cycles on and off. Good suggestion for all water cooler “Bikes”. Added snorkels and now I need better clutching...need some back shift or something. Throws mud...then boggs down. Looses tire speed. I’m 28” mid lites any suggestions ona kit?

So I did this on my 04 prairie 700 v twin and the new radiator has a cap and a vent drain.. the old radiator didn't have a cap or a vent.. the thermostat housing is separate and has a cap and a vent that routes to the overflow reservoir. my question is because i used a T fitting to route both the over flow vents from the radiator and the thermostat housing vent together .. is that what is still giving me issues with keeping temps down? I am running hot at around 210 and it climbs till i sit and let the fan cool it.. I also ran the fan to a toggle and still no luck.

I have an 04 prairie 700 . The previous owner bypassed the thermostat completely and routed the hoses directly to the radiator when he did the radiator relocation. Can someone please help me with what hoses go where. The service manual is very hard to follow.

with out reading all the comments, you talk about extending wiring harnesses yet claim the kit contains everthing. So why doesnt it include harness extentions? one of the worst things for any of these off road machines is to cut and splice wiring. Its hard enough not to see water damage on the stock wiring and plugs.
