    Been doing CSS for years and every time I got close to learning/implementing SASS, got scared with the syntax looking at the docs and ran away, but this tutorial finally made me love the cool thing. Thanks a bunch!!!

      Dive more deep into mixins, you can give default values to parameters and call only that specific parameter by its name when doing @mixin

    the fact that it took me so long to learn HTML, CSS, js, react.. it gave me the idea of sass will take a long time to learn as well. glad I found this video

      @Handmakerz HM thanks. I am in the process of recording a big node.js tutorial which will hopefully cover a lot of those topics. I also have a video on both promises and async/await if you haven't already checked those out. Lastly, I would love to collab again with Ed, so hopefully in the future we can make it work.

    Wow, just wow - all this time I've been overlooking Sass, not knowing it brought this much functionality to CSS... I'm always starting new Angular projects, and every time it asks for my styling choice, I always chose standard CSS. Well I got curious today and I'm glad I did. See, this is why I hate getting too comfortable with one thing.

      I agree there's a lot of tutorials around youtube made by various persons but something about here is just super easy to follow and it even has a bit of humor thrown in, love it.
      Traversy Media tutorial/crash courses are also good

    Best crash course of my life. I wanted to needed to learn this to hone my skills as a developer. Now I know everything basic to build a great with SCSS now. Didnt even need to watch an 30min or an hour vid. Saved my time used Tailwind but now am beginning to fall in love with this SCSS. it is so freaking clean super awesome.

    I prefer SASS instead of SCSS because you can eliminate the open and close curly braces. Also, JADE is another thing that would be useful for HTML markup. Using JADE along with SASS makes things so much easier.

    Great video. I have been avoiding sass but after seeing this, I am ready. I really like how you touched on so much of it's powers through simple uses, like when you accepted parameters to a mixin for different colors and flex direction. Absolutely loved this
