I mean, yeah? Teto’s actually had an English UTAU VB since 2015, and as far as Synthesizer V is concerned, all AI vbs can speak Japanese, English, and Mandarin Chinese ( and soon, Cantonese as well ) via the Cross-Lingual Synthesis function
Although, it should be noted that Teto in particular has auxiliary data for English specifically, so her output in English is much more faithful to her original UTAU English voicebank
