I only got the hokas Mach 6 and Nike invincible 3 and they both feel really good. I use the hokas for long runs and tempos and i use the invincible’s for recovery and also long runs sometimes
yo do the invincible 3s really work for you? I tried the shoe on and it felt great in all but the upper sucked and I got 0 lockdown in it, even with a runners loop it still didn't fix it all the way.
No, they are not build for 5k races or any races, due to the high cushioning. I use the Adidas Takumi Sen 8s for 5ks because they are good and cheap as is an older model
Would highly recommend purchasing the regular Nike Zoom Dragonfly. The XC Dragonfly’s do have extra cushion at the trade off of weight. If you are constantly running in muddy weather than they would be a smart purchase, otherwise buy the normal ones.😀
Hey, I have a question regarding racing shoes for cross country. Is it worth buying any special shoes for racing? If so, should these shoes be flats or spikes? Some of my courses have concrete sections.
If I were you, I would try purchasing some streakflys and use them for training and for the concrete courses, and then use spikes for all grass courses.

They were in my cloudsurfers. I have broken up the partnership with them for a couple reasons but yes I still use them with my surfers.
