Hi I was a sushi chef. He got kicked out because he ate about 3 weeks worth of service of the best cuts of salmon and tuna which are used for nigiri. As you cannot buy that specific cut of the salmon/tuna (just whole fish) for sushi hes basically messed up that whole part of the buffets groove for over a month.
