I really like the direction that you have taken with your videos. A journey where the viewer is immersed in imagery and the story being told without a lot of unnecessary speaking. You have a gift of showcasing our beautiful planet. Great work as always.
The redwoods are an amazing place! I live with them all around me and I can never get enough of their smell and simply in awe of them every time I explore. Norcal for life!
There's nothing like walking through the Redwoods. I've never felt smaller or more humbled by this planet's power. Welcome to my neck of the woods, Nick! Big fan of your content and have learned so much from you to apply in my landscape photography.
Found Nick's videos while I was casually scrolling on my UA-cam feed. They are different, fresh. Not only that I see amazing photos, but I feel like I am part of the journey. He doesn't talk much, like most of the "experts" out there, and this allows the viewer to watch like from aside, being part of it, as I've mentioned. Good job Nick. Great photos!
These forest photos are simply perfect. Compositionally perfect and perfectly processed. I too like this format wherein you take some photos, provide us with the settings, show us the raw and processed images and then talk a bit. Well done, Nick
You have really upgraded the quality and thought behind your videos. You create the same atmosphere or mood that you create in your still images. very well done
Thanks Nic, I think that is one of the best videos you have made. The videography is beautiful and the matching music. Hands down, the change in music and mood coming down to the coast. Well done. Best regards, Annie
Great great great video. I’m from Oregon originally but haven’t lived there for over 15 years. This video took me back. The coastline from Big Sur all the way up the Oregon coast is one of my most favorite places to photograph.
Thank you again Nick for a wonderful video! You make it look so easy...I really like watching your process and knowing the settings, and music, and Oh! That time lapse with the water pulsing like a living thing!
Love how peaceful this was. Really like the style of storytelling without words and you're the first photographer I've seen pull it off like this. When did you go to the redwoods? I'm hoping to see the flowers in the last week of may
I too, also like the direction you have taken with your videos. Excellent place to photograph, I love the redwoods. Great music choice too. Keep up the great work.
Love the way you present your photography in these videos. It makes it easy to imagine myself there. It's so easy to get overwhelmed in the forest when looking for a shot; you were able to isolate frames of beauty very well.
Best photography content on UA-cam! You are one of us ... if only we were that talented. Thank you for making such quality content and keep the videos coming!
Thank you Randy, it’s something I’ve been incorporating more in recent videos. If you haven’t checked out Stormlight, or photographing a supercell yet you might check those out if you like this
NICK-- I did as you suggested and watched Supercell and Storm light! WOW! The SC photos of the Eye of the storm is the Greatest photo of it's kind I've ever seen in my lifetime and NICK I'm 75 yrs old and some photos you took of the Storm light of lightning which included the old farm house and grain elevators! Very little commentary hits it out of Park! Randy B.
Inspirational video for me. Have kept my travel plans to visit Washington, Oregon and the Redwoods for a 2 week strictly photo adventure. Leaving in 5 days and this video just makes me even more excited. Thank you so much for sharing!! I have learned a great deal from watching your videos.
I absolutely love this style of video just the sound of nature, camera set up, photos and settings, I've always thought of doing a photography video but was never confident of standing in front of a camera and speaking. Who knows I might just give it a go.
Thats the nice part of this format.. you dont have to stand there and ramble.. just document yourself doing what your doing and make it about the place rather than the words. Give it a Try!
Nick, you have been outdoing yourself over the past few videos. Absolutely amazing stuff bro! Video and Stills. You're on the top of the UA-cam heap for sure!
Simply AWESOME images, Nick! Your time and photographic experience in the Redwood Forest has yielded superb images indeed! I appreciate all the more, because many years back, I took my family on a tour of same, but only had 1 hour...as you know, far less time than truly required! That said, I did come away with one image that I was proud of...a vertical close-up of the majestic trees, taken with a Pentax 16mm (35mm equiv = 24mm, which I learned was not nearly wide enough!.) Thanks again sir, and keep up your inspiring work!
👀 WOW, wow and wow. Ive seen the giant Karri forests in the south western part of Western Australia. Like them the Redwoods with you give you the same effect. How tiny we look when standing in amongst these giants of the plant world. Truly stunning scenery. Thanks for sharing again Nick.
Inspiring and gorgeous Nick; you show us how to find awesome beauty in simple settings. Watching you slipping on the trail going to the sunset location made me wonder how you got back safely in the dark after sunset. Would like to see a session on those Kase filters.
Great video Nick! I love this silent videos, they really draw you in, they´re so quiet and peaceful that you almost feel that you´re there. Keep up the good work!
Totally Awesome, thank you for sharing all of these Amazing videos! Very inspirational! Each time I watch one of Your videos I learn better ways to plan shots not only that but how to think in terms of the whole experience taking nothing for granted! Very important!
The opening shot where the viewer has a few seconds to take in the scene with what appear to be regular sized trees and ferns - Then you walk into the frame - Sure made me re evaluate the size of those trees :) Brilliant!!

Beauty that makes you hurt, Professionalism that makes you feel better about life...
When only a few words are necessary and the images do the rest of the talking. Brilliant and captivating landscape photo storytelling, Nick.
The redwoods are an amazing place! I live with them all around me and I can never get enough of their smell and simply in awe of them every time I explore. Norcal for life!
Feels like you are out with Nick on a walk...two friends, no need to talk, just sharing space and place and getting a few beautiful photos as a bonus.
There's nothing like walking through the Redwoods. I've never felt smaller or more humbled by this planet's power. Welcome to my neck of the woods, Nick! Big fan of your content and have learned so much from you to apply in my landscape photography.

Wonderful photos Nick. Love the rhododendrons against those redwoods. Wonderful. Graham🇬🇧🇬🇧📸
Great to see people taking photos in all weather
I like how you showed how the polarizer is changing the image.
it is amazing how it can saturate the colors.
Its funny how often we talk about why.. but seldom SHOW why
I love this type of content. Less talking and just letting the viewers enjoy your journey
Let the work speak for itself. Beautiful
A lot of work went into this. Thank you, Nick.

Wonderful places and photos in difficult conditions.
Well done Nick Page.
Love the wet, saturated look only the weather (and polarizer) bring to these images. Great job.
You have really upgraded the quality and thought behind your videos. You create the same atmosphere or mood that you create in your still images. very well done
Man I LOVE how you make those yellow greens POP like the have their own illumination! A new goal for me. Thanks!!
All about luminosity selections and dodging and burning! Thanks for the kind words
@@NickPageThanks again Nick. and for the great tips!! Beautiful photography throughout.
