I believe in the spiritual side of God but if it is not in the Bible, I question it. The only people the shook were those who had demons that needed casted out ... It would seem, from this expression, that the soldiers were sensible, not only of the earthquake and the movement of the stone, but also of the presence of the heavenly messenger, in this respect differing from the companions of Daniel and St. Paul, who were only partially conscious of the visions beheld by the two saints (see Daniel 10:7; Acts 22:9). Did shake. The verb is cognate with the noun "earthquake;" they were shaken, convulsed with terror. Acts 4: 31, agitated and tossed by the wind; so Matthew 11:7, "A reed shaken by the wind." But it is also applied to the rocking caused by an earthquake (Acts 16:26), which maybe the kind of shaking here meant. I see you are determine to persuade me to believe that the shaking in these scriptures are the same shaking you see in these so-called Revival services where people walk around shaking and barking like a dog or roaring like a lion and so on .... this is twisting the scriptures of referring to the ones you sent me, trembling and shaking here is referring to fearfulness .... I looked at the service at Brownsville on the day they said the Spirit of God fell, and if you look hard when Kilpatrick fell, claiming the Spirit of the Lord knock him down, look closely, the crowd around him and him stepping upwards on the steps backwards, he simply falls down because of the people pushing around him .... another thing, I was there from the beginning, I was also one of the men whom prayed over Mr Hill before he went out to preach that morning and I even helped Steve moved a coupe times .... Steve said he received this gift while visiting England and went to a church where he saw many people laid down on the floor and he ask the priest, whatever they have I want, well he got it, without questioning the spirits if they were of God.Too many today want so disparately to say that all this stuff that is happening in Brownsville or up in Canada, by the way, Brenda Kilpatricks wife went up to receive her so-called anointing there where people howl like dogs and lions and crawled around on all fours, come on, this is not God ... people need to open their eyes to see, question the spirits, and pray! In the last days, they will seek out teachers who will teach fables and leave sound doctrine, God said He would also send a strong delusion so they would believe a lie, because the love of the truth was not in them,
how be it the Holy Ghost speaks mysteries. Quench not the Spirit!
