@dirtbox how do you do that effect? Is it something to do with Note repeat?
yes, its the note repeat indeed. set it to the fastest measure and record it by using the trigger button. the result is always quite surprising :)

@@DrUrbex ja danke! Bin gespannt. Ich hatte damals ja vorbestellt und ewig gewartet, dann storniert und mir ne Elektron AR mk2 black geholt, Hammer Maschine! Hab gerade Glück gehabt und eine online gefunden im music store! Wird geil werden....
@@Goratek ja im Musicstore habe ich sie letztendlich dann doch geholt, nachdem meine erste Bestellung gefloppt ist. Hab nur wegen Umzug derzeit keine Zeit was zu machen, aber ein bisschen gespielt hab ich schon 😀

Ich hab mal eine doofe Frage ! Ich überlege ob ich die Drummaschinen von Behringer holen soll , oder die tr8s ? Von den Kosten her bin ich bei der ts8s besser aufgestellt ! Was meinst du ? Ps warte schon auf sie behringer mo! Hab sie selbst bestellt !!!! Hoffe sie kommt bal!!!!!
Mit der 8s kannst du halt deutlich mehr machen als mit der RD9. Wenn du nur noch nen 909 Klon möchtest nimm die RD9 😉

Heyyy, banging set! You appear knowledgeable as hell, so... I just ordered one of these, and I stumbled across this warning, "Do not overload the ⅛-inch SYNC IN input. The input accepts a maximum incoming voltage of +15 V, and the SYNC OUT outputs should be connected to ⅛-inch inputs capable of receiving the +5 V output voltage. Overloading the RD-9 may result in damage to the unit and will require non-warranty repair."
I'm googling all my equipment left and right to see the specs, I can't find much on any of it. I have a 707, o.g. circuit, electribe 2, but the one I'm most worried about is deepmind 6. Are those voltages more common in modular equipment? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hello Dirtbox! I noticed many strange "mute effect" (14:33 ride ) if use the trigger pad to recording other percussion element. WTF? But great jam thnx! :)
yes, indeed you are right. there are still some things that don’t feel right. the mute effect is one thing, also the note repeat chokes other voices sometimes. i think we need to wait for some firmware updates but i am pretty positive this will happen in the near future.
What about the RD-8 MKI. I have one sitting around unused, because I am already occupied with learning the MC-707.

Kleine Frage: Kann es sein dass Clap und Snare gleichzeitig gespielt Phasenprobleme machen, oder liegt das an der UA-cam-Komprimierung?

Sehr Schönes Set 👍 kurze Frage: hat bei dir der Trigger Out auch Aussetzer bei jedem ~10ten Step? Komischerweise hat meiner nur Aussetzer mit meiner SH-101 mit anderem Equipment geht es anscheinend.... groetjes ✌️
zum trigger kann ich noch nichts sagen, den habe ich bisher nicht ausprobiert. allerdings habe ich schon noch das gefühl, hier und da hakt es noch. beispielsweise schneidet der live getriggerte note repeat andere drumsounds ab, wenn schon auf einem anderen sound ein note repeat step programmiert ist (teilweise auch im video zu sehen). ich hatte beim spielen auch im gefühl, dass es noch einige weitere quirks gäbe, kann die aber gerade gar nicht so genau benennen. ich denke aber, es braucht noch ein paar firmwares um sich, nunja: einzugrooven.
Ah okay ... muss ih mal testen, hatte das bisher nur stellenweise mal eingesetzt, aber nicht überlagert. Die 101 läuft ja ... setzt halt nur etwa jeden 10ten trigger aus. Wir hatten das an zwei 101 getestet und bei beiden hatten wir das gleiche Problem. Modularmodul (glaube muteable Instr.) hat den Trigger ohne Probleme angenommen meine ich. Meine RD-6 dagegen gibt nen Grundsoliden Zrigger an meine 101 ... hoffe mal das sich das mit nem Update erledigt. Ansonsten macht die Kiste schon richtig Spass ...
das hört sich ähnlich wie bei der RD-8 an. Das Problem besteht darin das es ein übersprechen zwischen audiotrigger auf den, danebenliegenden, richtigen "Trigger" gibt. Rimshot Trigger out wird gemutet wenn die Hi Tom gespielt wird zum Beispiel. War bei der RD-8 auch schon so....aber die wollen ja nur widerwillig auf mich hören...bisher hab Ich aber immer recht behalten...HaHaHa

wiezufrieden bist du derzeit mit dem sound? und den step tastern?? irgendwelche dinge die deiner ansicht nach besser sein könnten jetzt nach dem jam?
sound finde ich nach wie vor klasse, die step taster sind wirklich nicht so dolle, aber man kommt damit zurecht. zunehmend nervig finde ich die schwache beleuchtung der LEDs in den step-tastern, die sind nicht immer eindeutig zu erkennen und manchmal habe ich manchmal das gefühl von blindflug. vielleicht bessert B dahingehend noch mal nach, ich denke technisch sollte das möglich sein. ansonsten aber nach wie vor: ich würd das teil wieder kaufen ;)
@@DirtboxJams oh super danke für die info. ja die problematik mit der beleuchtung hab ich auch schon woanders gelesen. hoffe die können es via software update noch fixen soferns nicht an den tastern liegt, nicht dass es gleich wie bei der rd8 eine mk2 braucht lol. na ja hauptsache der sound passt soweit. thx

i’m afraid i don’t have the original recording on my hard disk anymore so im not able to upload it elsewhere. but maybe you could try some sort of youtube downloader? there are lots of free sites that can help you download this and watch without ads. cheers!

Over a month in pre-order, now probably another two months. I shouldn't be watching these... 😉✌️
I've cancelled my order after waiting about two months. I see them being delivered all around me and just can't take it. I'll wait until it becomes an "order now, receive tomorrow" kind of product. Did order a Behringer pedal (OD300) to tide me over - gonna patch it into my Yocto for some nasty overdrive. :D
