Schools across India’s capital, New Delhi were evacuated this morning after receiving a bomb threat email. Nearly 100 schools reported receiving the email, which claimed there were explosives on campus. As soon as the bomb threats were flagged, emergency teams were deployed and everyone on school premises was evacuated. A thorough search by bomb disposal units and sniffer dogs found no explosives at any of the schools. The Indian Home Ministry later declared the bomb threat a hoax. The email originated from a Russian source, but it is suspected that the bomb threat email was routed through that location and the sender may not be Russian at all. The Delhi Police's Anti-Terror Cell is investigating the case. Last year, similar hoax bomb threats were emailed to schools in Karnataka’s capital. How can schools and authorities handle such threats in the future? Palki Sharma tells you more.

Sending Emails to 100 schools that to a domain from Russia, and all this done by a student to postpone exams doesn't seems a correct logic to me.
