Meat (Beef Chuck Neck Bone & Beef Chuck Short Rib
1 - Large Onion
Ginger - About a Thumb Size
Garlic - 3 Cloves or tt
1 - Habanero Pepper
1tbsp - Rosemary
1tsp - Aniseed
All Purpose or Beef Seasoning - tt

Oil of your choice for frying meat

What if you were to brown the beef first...and the add everything to it? I find that it helps carmelize the meat first and once you add the seasonings in the blender you can deglaze,....I'm going to try it like this it looks delicious!!

I love my beef and bone combinations. I believe my opinion it's very boring eating just beef without any bone. You want to somehow chew on that bone and enjoy all that goodness flavored juice coming out of the bone. My son will say mom how can you chew on a bone like that. I will just say am African lol! I can't seem to find the video where you demonstrated a trick one of your friends showed you on getting out all the tomato paste from the can. Where you opened both sides of the can. During that demo you used a side opening can opener and for the life of me I can't find that opener. Can you give me the name of it and where I can find it? I love your videos and enjoy your aurora.
