myself being Asian you should of used Char Siu, and your adding a tad too much meat, it broke because the it was too liquidy.
I was going to suggest the same. The char siu makes it delish! It was the liquid that allowed it to break. But awesome job trying something new!

I think your very frenetic and active life is making you a bit run-down, hence the cold sore. A tiny touch or perfume or isocol/rubbing alcohol dries them up real quick. Make sure you take care of yourself and get some good sleep each night.

to make the chinese pork buns u should refrigerate the meat with sauce in the fridge at least 6-8 hrs or until the meat sauce became a jelly texture. in that way you will be easily to wrap the bun.

Can we talk about the sippy cup? Every time I bring my water cup, AKA sippy cup? My husband drinks from it all the time! Why? Because he doesn't bring his own Sippy Cut outside with him!!! Ugh!!
You should try making dessert empanadas. I love this recipe... I just looked up a empanada dough recipe (or you can buy pre-made) and found a simple one and you fill them with apple pie filling, brush the edges with a beaten egg, fold and crimp with a fork. Then top with cinnamon sugar and cook in the air fryer at 325° for about 8 minutes (make sure to flip and watch them or they’ll burn!!) make a powder sugar and milk glaze to go on top. They are 👩🏼🍳 💋!
