- My Overnight Oats Recipe:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate almond milk
1/4 cup greek vanilla yogurt
1tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp chia seeds
( I double this for 2 servings)
Shake or stir together in a container and leave in the fridge overnight and they are done! You can eat them cold or hot. I have added strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and Nutella to my oats and they have all been delicious! You can use any milk and yogurt, that's just what I use.
