while I love the music video soooo much I think the performance video of this song in particular was the best version there is. Three of the members have left (2 joined a new non-NCT group under the same label, and 1 is going to be a soloist)... SM Entertainment recently announced the end of the limitless expansion concept of NCT and that the long awaited Japanese unit set to debut will be the last new team to be added. Once they debut, then NCT will be at 26 members.
There are 3 main *FIXED* member units *(127, Dream & WayV)* and one *NON-FIXED* member unit *(NCT U).*
NCT U is a sorta mix-n-match unit where any number and/or combination of the overall members can be on a track, just depending on who happens to fit that particular concept best. Could be 2 members on one song and 9 on the next... we never know who it'll be until it drops. We typically only see this unit during special all-member album eras or the occasional one-off project.
This year a new fixed sub-unit also debuted, called *NCT DJJ* (aka NCT DoJaeJung), featuring three of the 127 members (Doyoung, Jaehyun & Jungwoo).
The new Japanese unit is currently working on pre-debut activities and will hopefully debut early in 2024. They are currently going by the name *NCT New Team,* but rumor has it they will be *NCT Wish* by debut.

They r my fav kpop group and there discography is AMAZING
while I love the music video soooo much I think the performance video of this song in particular was the best version there is. I highly recommend watching the original version of the song with the music video I believe it has subtitles then watching the live performance of the rearranged version as the live version has all the foreign members join the stage and sing as well.
because NCT can be very overwhelming for a lot of people I would suggest taking on one unit at a time.
NCT= all members who debut as NCT members perform/sing one song together
NCT 127= first established unit with technically 10 members (1 member is busy with Wayv)
-NCT (DJJ) DOJAEJUNG= 3 members all part of 127 debut this year
NCT DREAM= was on a graduation system that has been removed since 2020 younger members 7 members
WAYV= NCT Chinese unit their primary target audience is Chinese fans but I'm not Chinese and the choke hold they have on me is insane 7 members originally down to 6
NCT U= a rotational group with no set number of members can be anyone from 127, Dream, or Wayv, and in the future I assume we will get NCT NEW TEAM joining NCT U as well
NCTNEWTEAM= NCT Tokyo 6 members originally 7 one left, not officially debut yet, targeted audience Japanese fans
Sungchan and Shotaro from the new boy group RIIZE were also part of NCT for 3 years and left (were removed in my opinion) to form RIIZe with the other 5 members in RIIZE

NCT is the main one. Official they have 20 members in total. But unofficially they have 26 members in total, including the predebut members from NCT NEW TEAM.

NCT U. U itself is mean as United. Therefore, the members of each songs will be different. Different song with different line up of members that suite the song the best. For example, this song, From Home is basically consist of all the vocalist from each other units, Doyoung, Taeil and Yuta from NCT 127, Kun and Xiaojun from WAYV, and Renjun and Chenle from NCT DREAM. There are other hits from other line up of members with the name of NCT U itself. The latest pre debut group, NCT NEW TEAM (not the official name yet) just started their pre debut tour. The line up comes from the survival show NCT:LASTART. They will debut in Japan, and mainly focus on the Japan song market as the NCT unit. From the current final line up, we have 6 members. Sion from Korea, Yushi from Japan, Riku from Japan, Daeyoung from Korea, Ryo from Japan and Sakuya from Japan. Please check out their pre debut release, such as Hands Up.
