At 6:49 when you mount the Z-axis to the gantry I experience a problem. The plate on the gantry is without movement. But when I mount the Z-axis on that plate, the whole thing becomes wobbly. You can move the Z axis from right to left regarding the gantry. Tightening the mounting of the Z axis on the gantry plate does not provide any improvement. If the Z axis can move in the horizontal plane then the result of the work you do with it will be of low quality. Is there anyone who has experienced the same problem and can tell us how he solved it? Thanks in advance.
I have figured out how to get it to read the TF/SD card in the machine . By putting the flowers gcode for lazer or TTC450CNC gcode for lazer under the contact us file on tf card . I had tried many different ways because i am a rookie at this like deleting the chinese writing off it and it doesn't make a difference. It works fine either way. Im guessing the wood router cnc test files have to be in different code due to they dont read on the machine. MANY THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEOS .
@CasualDIY I have formatted the TF card and tried the files back on and couldn't pick up the files off the machine. I am guessing their is something I am not doing correctly due to I know it works, and the machine runs off the lazer g code off the touch screen. Running the machine off cable with UGS and carveco maker is really good to use
@CasualDIY I done the same The original files will not open now, but the extracted ones with candle will (newer saved files ) Their no issues, i am doing something incorrect. I will have a look into this week.
Very disappointed you didn't show it milling, just couldn't be bothered I suppose 🤣... another brilliant video Tomasz and I look forward to your adventures with your new toy ... it might even spur me on to actually building my own CNC (I have most of the parts now) 👍
Exactly, I was super disappointed myself. Still not sure why the designs are not coming up from the the sd card. My laptop was attached to a laser engraver with a big job going so couldn't move it to the cnc 😢 But don't worry I should have a full video on milling next week 😄👍
hello i want to know which software is use to operate this machine i have brought this machine 2 months back i have assembled it but didn't know how to operate it please help me
First off I think it was a very nice explanation, ty. Second, I would like to know if you are planning to buy the rotary upgrade (4th axis) for this machine? Either way a very good job ty and good luck on you next projects 😊
I don't know if this applies to your CNC but on my 3D printer the SD card has to be formatted as a FAT32 file system for it to be read. Other ways of formatting the SD card (such as the NTFS file system) cannot be read by the device even though a computer can read it just fine.
@@mihgio3235 If you are new to cnc and don't want to spend a fortune for your first machine as you not sure if it's for you then yes. If you are experienced and want to tackle large projects, constantly manufacturing furniture pieces then perhaps it's not the best choice
@@CasualDIY the y-axis wobbled since the start. The lead screws seem to wear quite quickly. I can move all axes about 0.2 mm in the direction of travel. I am looking into how to replace them with ball screws. Any tips? I added a couple of linear rails from Amazon to make the machine a little bit more rigid
@@user-jp1qt8ut3sNo movement in mine at all, I was actually surprised with that. Can't advice anything yet, not had enough time with this machine. Did you try to contact Two Trees to get a replacement?
It's been on a market for quite some time actually. You have to consider that its only a mini cnc. And even with the 500W spindle it costs around $500. So let's not expect miracles here 😅 It's an entry level machine. And for that I'm fine with what it is. Question is what are it's capabilities, is it accurate and will there be any issues in the near future. And I will report on all of this over time👍
I purchased recently a two trees ttc 450, im getting a error code ¨ hard limit ok¨´ on the screen, i tried to disconnet power several times n still the same error on the screen, is there something i can do?

Pretty fantastic machine, Tomasz! Congrats!!! 😃
Looking forward to the tests!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thank you for watching 👍

Not had that to be honest, the only thing I would suggest is to get in touch with the Two Trees maybe they will be able to help.
I found that the M5X20 Cup head screws were just a bit too long. That's why the spindle was wobly. So the problem is fixed.
Good luck ;)
This machine has sent me down a good rabbit hole the last 6 month so or so. :)
Great machine for learning on, and also for upgrading ;)
That's my intention. There is plenty to learn and I think this will be the best tool to do it on.

You just need to format the sd card and out those files back on the card. And it works fine
@CasualDIY OK, I will give it another go .

Good looking bit of kit mate. Looks a lot easier to put together than my Ooznest Workbee!
It wasn't too bad. About two and a half hours to put together but that's with recording. So far so good.

I've used Easel
This machine works in 110 (127) and 220? Or only 110? And the 500w, only on 220?
Mine is for 220 most likely you can choose your option on their website

There you go, I bet you are right had that with my 3d printer as well. Must be it, thank you
it;s worth buying ?

Mine has a lot of wobble due to the lead screws and one of the linear 'wagons'
So far mine is steady as a rock. Was yours like that from the start or got worse over time?

The cable rubs against the metal cover on the left side. Please cover it before it damages the wires
Yes noticed that, need to get that sorted.
I think they made it a bit wider recently. Received mine a few weeks ago and it doesn't seem to be an issue
After cutting back the metal so the wires don't rub ,maybe fitting brushes along the open part so dust doesn't go inside ? .
@@JMAJOR-ki7ur good idea

Maybe the limit switches are not connected correctly
