Thank you Guro Conrad for passing on the stories of Manong Ted. The art is one thing, but the person behind the art is just as important.
That's what we do. Capture moments and create stories off of the history of what's presented. Even though there's more history to be uncovered, we are happy to capture moments of what each instructor has to share.
Good work Jesse! Bringing real professional quality interviews to FMA!
Thanks Speedy, stay tuned. We have someone special being featured in August.

Lots of Respect
Gotta respect the elders who still has a passion to train and teach others. Not only the art and skill, but we enjoy the stories they would tell after training.
Keep practice. Train for life.
Ten years to black belt.
Lifetime to mastery.
Always improving mind, body and spirit along the way.
Thanks for the video! I guess since you have also studied Balintawak, it's always nice to see/experience other styles of Balintawak.
Yes, it's great to see how the different branches train. Sometimes I pick up new things to insert into my training. They all have something to share. Eventually, it's how you put it all together and how to create openings and opportunities.
