And both started rapping being teenagers, with some differencies - Noize started as a freestyle MC on the russian streets, Oxxxy started in Germany and England as online battle MC. Moreover, Noize has a classical music education, he's a top multi-intsrumentalist grown up with Nirvana and other rock stuff while Oxxxy was more focused at classic rap and flow-related stuff. Both are the lyrical kings of the russian music scene

The last song was about protests that happened in Russia back then. A lot of people came out on the streets but it meant nothing, a lot of guys ended up in the jail for only their opinion. Noize is talking about different sides of this conflict in first verse from the gov position, second - police, third - opposition dude, fourth - scared man who just wants peace, but too afraid to fight for it. I left Russia when war started and this song squeeze tears out of me every time. Noize has a lot of political songs.

Бро, музыка Noize MC содержит очень много скрытого смысла "между строк", очень много метафор и аллегорий, поэтому его треки в основном для людей пост советского пространства, потому что при переводе его треков на другие языки теряется очень много смысла, потому что русский язык очень гибкий в смысловом плане и в плане словообразования. Ты молодец, что пытаешься понять смысл треков, за это точно лайк, но эта музыка правда сложная даже по меркам русского языка и даже не каждый русский с первого раза прослушивания понимает, что Noize хочет сказать. "Всё как у людей" is a tribute to Yegor Letov's song with the same title. Yegor Letov (1964-2008) is a soviet poet, punk- and noise-rock musician. In 1985 he was arrested and forcibly committed to a mental hospital for political summons in his songs and spent 3 months there. Noize MC for me personally is favorite musician. His lyrics so deep and mirror all my feelings i hide inside. The song "In the Dark" based on poem of the greatest poet. The song goes about darkness inside hero, inside room where he is, where he sit hiding from the cruel world. Man doesn't want to go out because outside is the same darkness. It's about pain, depression and ways to run away from it in the past - alcohol, meds. But now hero of the song don't run. He just sit in the room in the dark because he can't see any light anymore, nothing left . All in the dark.
"jordan" (58:30) a song noize really like. about the world i guess. about peace. unfortunately the second singer died.

Wanna say thanks for looking into Noize MC's music & trying to understand him as an artist. It's a really big piece to try to bite & chew.
Not sure whether anyone wrote this in the comments:
While Noize's music is definitely not to everyone's taste, something you may have missed out on is that he composes the instrumentals to pretty much all of his songs! So he's not only a rapper, he's also a full-blown musician. And he plays the instrumentals during practically all of his live shows - makes it that much more complicated than rapping on beats!
Another thing that I did see in one of the comments but I would like to highlight is that all of his songs are very metaphorical & he writes lyrics in a way that challenges the listener to decipher all of the hidden messages in his songs. So each line should be considered in context, such as when you were trying to get what he was saying about clean air in his song "My sea" - the whole song is written from the standpoint of a fish in a sea, thus, clean air is toxic for a fish, as it needs water to breathe through its gills.
The song "Exhale" is in some way even more interesting because he's telling a personal story by comparing himself with a cigarette that his loved one is inhaling & then exhaling. "Exhale me because your lungs are too small for me" = your soul, you mind, your views are too small for me, I want to be more open-minded & more free.
Oh, and the very first song - the one where you didn't understand why she first killed him & then later they were happy in the video: the song is about parallel universes & he's trying to say that his life could have been played out in so many different scenarios even with the same people & quite possibly it IS playing out differently exactly at this point in time in a parallel universe, however, we'll never know for sure. And regardless of how things could have played out differently in another life, it is simply impossible for me to love you any more than I already do.
Well it's actually very cool you're trying different genres of music and i feel so proud hearing about noize from you, but in my opinion it's impossible to understand his vibe and the whole meaning of his songs without the lyrics. Also there are lots of easter eggs in his songs that you can understand only if you have grown up in Russia or SNG, it's like the ghetto things in USA. It's about the history, the culture, the politics and it's really hard to realise them all without the translation. Noize MC is actually a legend for almost the generation of russian people because he tells about the things we run into every day

You even couldn't imagine how it's cool to see that real music\art\poetry can be understandable by foreign ppl (Noize is one of the best person in my crazy country). Pity you still can not get details of ideas in the poems overfilled by metaphors but you have so vivid brain, that allow you just to feel the truth and power of foreign poems, melody, rhythm and clear souls. I never been listening Noize MC more then 2-3 songs, but this time (thank you again) I watched till the end of your show. Our countries are different, our government are awfully different, but ppl of both countries r the same in willing to find truth and sincerity trough the art or music or just by honest news. You make gooood and right show for the entire world.
