Great video. This pairs well with astra doorway and Glorian channels. I enjoy all the different perspectives on these topics. It's helped my very young budding practice 😊 blessings to you
hi kyle!! love your channel so insightful and helpful plus the aesthetics are so evocative. my question is if you have to develop the muscles in order to do unsupported sitting meditation do you do this outside of meditation or do you just struggle through meditation with no relaxation because you’re tensing those muscles in order to develop them.
You can do both really! Those core spine muscles will develop with consistent practice. It can be helpful to start with a set time that doesn't cause immense discomfort and build up from there. You can also experiment with different sitting postures. I recently began using a meditation bench and really love it now. Another way to build them up is to do two or three shorter sessions throughout each day. Even after a week or two, you'll begin to notice a difference. 🙏
Most welcome! The negative energies such as negative thoughts and emotions are almost always the very same negative energies that appear in our dream state. In the 4th dimension, the physical dimension, these energies appear as thoughts, emotions, and sensations in the physical body. In the 5th dimension or Astral Plane, where our dreams occur, they can take on forms and shapes of all various kinds.
This usually means the posture isn't quite correct in some way. Ideally, we find ourselves a seated position that allows for a deep relaxation and comfort but does not harm the physical body. There are many seated positions with a pillow, but also with a meditation bench or chair as well. It can be helpful to experiment with each of the different seated positions, to find the one best suited to your needs.
Thank you so much ❤️

Thank you for your videos 😊 so the negative energies that you mention when lucid dreaming, they are not our egos? They are seperate entities?
Most welcome!

Is it now bad when the leg hurts or falls asleep during meditation?
