He has DID(dissociative identity disorder) where there are different alters created, reason could be childhood trauma, some hold the memory of it, some don't, some are the trauma. As for melly he has 6 alters, and I'm not talking about like Eminem, he created an alter ego for himself like a different personality. But as for melly he has DID so the alters are not like different personalities, they're like different humans inside you. From the 6 alters melly has only revealed 3.
