Honestly, Dead Trigger 2 has a pretty rich history if you delve into the community side of things. I still remember all the clan wars, and people battling for their clan's rep. The game didn't even have any sort of natively built-in clan support, people organized it entirely outside of the game and even hosted some tournaments with prize money!
Older versions of this game were very different, their were more maps, better graphics, and a story that makes more sense which connects to Dead Trigger 1. (Also this is the game that got advertised with the Nvidia Shield which got discontinued sadly)
I caught a glimpse of the old one when I played for the first time but I didnt think much of the game at the time cuz I was too young, then when I came back I had the strangest feeling of wtf happened cuz I remembered the first mission being different and a lot of other things. I only played the first mission back at that time whitch is why I felt that somehow I forgot something. But then I found out that it was actually different. Kinda sucks they didnt stick with that version cuz I can still see on loading screens that there were meant to be more titans.
@@DeuzDeadmachine maybe there are some old playthoughs on UA-cam but at the time I checked the game wasnt as popular so I didnt find, any, maybe there is one or two, but it seems to be lost to time if not.

Miraculously I replayed and finished dead trigger 1 last week around the time when this video came out and i’ve got to say it really made me cry just by watching the documentary videos you made for not only this sequel but also for the first game. I was very fond of mobile games as I only had my iPad to accompany myself through life and that experience was honestly the best years I have most likely experienced in my childhood of growing up with technology, and well Im only 15 but it feels like ive experienced so much in those years of wasting it all away and I miss it all so much. I am really glad to see a channel covering this game. As a kid i would've wished for a sequel but as i grown I would've rather see the second game being completed which sadly it won't happen. The second game was largely an improvement but I do wish it had more to it, there was so much potential it's just unfortunate to see it end so suddenly
Used to be a top 100 player in this game back in the day. Absolutely loved playing it on my phone and Facebook. Was very saddened to know they nuked it off of fb and then the game just got completely sidelined and ignored by the devs.
Can you also find and or talk about the older version of dead trigger 2? It had better graphics, and different story that actually tied in with the first before they changed it to what it still is today.
1:00 Skullgirls music! Also there is a Dead Trigger 2 NPC mod on Gmod that has a Grenadier zombie in it. I've played Dead Trigger 2 ever since it came out and I've never seen that zombie before.
Honestly, they could've banked really well if they tried to make a Killing Floor clone, like Call of Duty Zombies etc. They already know how to make a good zombie game.
Dead trigger 2. I would say it is the best. The main issue is that the updates stop, which is why the game aged like milk. And then Unkilled came out. It's a weird reboot/sequel to the Dead trigger series. Which I hate it. Even though it has better graphics, new enemies, human enemies, and story. The gameplay is what bothers me since is way too grinding compared to Dead trigger 2. And the missions force you to rush it and make the exploration seem redundant. Hopefully you cover that game too and I want to hear your opinion on it.
The Africa and China missions were the best regions in the game. Stalking and killing the titan in Africa, cramped offices filled with specials and the hunt of the first one in china. That shit was peak.

It was just dead trigger 2 with a multiplayer mode becuase original dead trigger 2 was not multiplayer compatible.
