Her focus has never been in question, only the judgement of her detractors.
So happy for Pinka! She is a good kid who shows youthful exuberance as she plays the game of chess! Have watched many of her games and she is the direct opposite of Alice. Win or lose, Pinka knows there will be another day, yet Alice is always devastated because she gets a loss! Pinka has a great attitude!
Ah yes, my dream match. The game developed rapidly from the outset. We get two likeable players in their own right, waging an all-out war. I can almost feel the rivalry through the screen. 💯

In this game,Alice was not in wonder land in but was in fierce firing zone guided by pinka from left flank. Although, both are tough chess players but pinka bulldozed opponent's garrison adopting "kill the cat at first sight" strategy.

Alice conoce el potencial de Pinkamena y eso le impide desarrollar su ajedrez con confiaza. Deberia dejar a un lado su temor a perder porque eso afecta significativamente su desempeño y deberia dejar fluir su ajedrez con la confianza con la que siempre acostumbra tener. Alice aun es fragil emocionalmente. Pero obviamente se ira fortaleciendo naturalmente con el correr del tiempo.
Para mi no es bueno que se enfrenten mediante una revalidad, pese a que algunos piensen lo contrario. Para mi gusto seria mejor que primero sean grandes amigas y luego compitan sanamente y alegremente, que es la forma de crecer positivamente.
Pero es mi opinion. Puedo estar equivocado.

I think it more accurate to say she was better today. They're both capable players at a point in their chess careers where comparisons to each other are inadequate. They both continue to improve - that's what defines them.

The sad thing about this is, opponents know Alice! They have played her and know here lack of etiquette, poor sportsmanship, and being devastated when she looses! And that need breeds disrespect for her! That is why Pinka smirked at the end when she pushed the pieces towards Alice after the game. They are learning Alice does not give respect and therefore does not deserve respect in return. To add, most players in a clearly losing position will not run around the board trying to get a stalemate or draw. They will resign gracefully, which is a more desirable and respectful decision. Not Alice or her brothers! Which is why a lot of playing have joy when they beat them and sometimes toy with them at the end. It would be nice if a coach/trainer would would explain to the Yunker kids that resigning is a respectful part of the game of chess and opponents in turn will appreciate you for doing it instead of running around the board trying to get a draw or stalemate in a clearly losing position against a good player.
Horrible and incorrect view. Setting aside your asinine comment on lack of etiquette, poor sportsmanship, even Pinky nor any other young player resigns in a lost position. I believed they're coached to play on to learn.
