How to get high school certification in Brazil when homeschooling

This is how we got Jaime's high school certification, even though he was homeschooling:
- we complete the hours of study that Clonlara School requires
- we asked her for the Hague apostille of the High School completion certification
- we deliver the documentation to the education board in our region
