No idea why, but I always love a haul 🤣 on our first trip to the UK, I brought home zoflora and the pink stuff as my souvenirs 🤭😅
I use pink stuff paste on my hob and to clean my oven and Pyrex dishes with baked on/burnt bits. It's good stuff 👌And...I polish! xx

One thing I used to do with our wee Westie when he needed tablets, wrapped the tablet up in something like a slice of ham and gave it to him but then distracted him and offered him a second piece so he would eat the first bit quickly. Worked a charm 😂. Otherwise he would always leave the tablet x

My granddaughter is allergic to kiwi and fresh pineapple. I can't eat fresh pineapple but the one's in can's is ok. My dog is a nightmare when trying to give him his worm tablet. But i've got crafty and break it down and put it in pate. I usually let him have a bit of pate a couple of days before so it's not new to him. He used to have it with pork pies but he got wise and wouldn't eat it. The older he gets the clever he is. In Poundland you buy 3 pkts of Paracetamol . If you ask over the counter in a chemist you can get a hundred tablets. xx

To give our dogs tablets we melt a bit of cheese in the microwave for a few seconds and then mould the melted cheese around the tablet. Let it set and then they find it difficult to get the tablet out of the cheese!

@@brummymummyof2 your welcome i was also going to ask you please on your next video could you do a shout out just to remind all the lovely ladies on your channel to check themselves regularly as me and my auntie have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer 🎀 im 30 my auntie is 49 so if you could just let people know how important it is no matter what age its important to check just thought as you have a good platform to get the word out and if it can help atleast 1 woman then im happy obviously only if you don't mind I would be very grateful as there needs to be more recognition of breast cancer in young women xx thankyou xx

I love hearing all the different names for meds and the different regulations in different countries. I'm a former nurse so I geek out on that. When in Ireland a few years ago, I got a blister walking so I went to a pharmacy to buy triple antibiotic cream (brand name Neosporin in the US) and found i couldn't get that over the counter.

Sound advice about the nit supplies Bab. I would add worm tablets for the whole family too. Years ago my daughter had a microscope that had a viewing screen so when we had our first attack of lice we put one in a slide and viewed it. As you can imagine it was gross but very interesting. I think it made me braver about dealing with the problem and certainly opened my eyes as to how they still move when they aren’t on hair. The eggs were always the hardest thing to remove because of their baby hair. Great haul xx
Getting rid of nits is such a nightmare!
I use pink stuff for rust, burnt pan an metal trays, clean my hob even cleaning trainer soles xx

I'm allergic to kiwi's and latex (among a load of other things)! I struggle with waterproof plasters as well, always causes sore, itchy and swollen skin. Worth replacing your hot water bottles with ones that aren't natural rubber as well!

My husband had a latex allergy and cannot use the elstopast plasters, he also has to be carefull with medical tape.
I'm allergic to most fruits including watermelon and also tomatoes, avacado and cucumbers, they all make me very itchy around my neck and in my throat.

When I got my daughter 2 rats I was allergic to them so in took one hay fever tablet once a day for approx a year then I stopped taking them and magic I wasn’t allergic to them anymore after that.

Another good video I have always had sudocrem when my children where teenagers they used it for their spots you could do a day in the life of Emma on a school day I always enjoy all your vlogs/ videos 🤗💞☀️

I use germolene in the same way you use sudocrem, it’s my go to for everything! I’ve even said to my husband if my leg was hanging off I’d use it 😂

Oh my gosh. I’m allergic to chitinases
Which is found in kiwis, bananas, tomatoes, avocados, and can be related to a latex allergy. Some of the food ones I am able to eat to a greater or lesser degree so I am able to have some of certain ones but absolutely not bananas or kiwis. Kiwis don’t make me feel good at all and bananas make me break out in a rash all over that looks like measles. Isn’t it weird!
My girl also gets it with tomatoes!!!
In Germany you can only buy pain killers at the pharmacy and then they cost a bomb! I always stock up when I'm home in England.

Re Erin’s allergy to kiwi - I am allergic to kiwi, pineapple, avocado, banana and latex. Apparently they are all linked and for me, they have got worse over time so it’s worth keeping an eye on and keeping Benadryl handy! Also - keep an eye on some dried fruits and also some prepared fruit pot things. Sometimes they sweeten them with pineapple juice even if there’s not actual pineapple in them

I'm allergic to oranges, so I know to always check anything fruit flavored, but there are so many baked goods that have orange juice or peel in them. And I'm also allergic to Benadryl🤦🏻♀️(allergy relief medicine in the US)

im laughing at the sudocrem bit because i literally slammed my thumb in a car door this morning and had a really bad interaction with a walk in centre so i went home and shoved some sudocrem on and bandaged it up 😂

My sister-in-law is allergic to bananas and was told to avoid kiwis as well!

Omg chick my 7 year old that has aurtisum has had nits how ever gave em her I want to scream it was horrible I think I've got em all I've shampoo it twice with the stuff fingers crossed they gone xxx

Ask Erin what kiwis taste like. A friend of mine at school was a teenager before she mentioned to us about kiwis being spicy and making her tongue tingle. We all told her they didn't taste like that, so she went Dr's and found she was allergic.

@@brummymummyof2 Indeed sounds like she's allergic. You might find other fruits or veg taste or feel similar to her, so you can check about those too.
I'm allergic to various things including kiwi fruit and micropore tape. Being allergic to kiwi does mean you can be prone to other things too - for me it was swordfish.

Yes,I’m allergic to kiwi🥝 and celery 🫣 I get a really itchy mouth and it goes numb. When I was a child I just thought that’s what they did to everyone and it wasn’t until I said to my mum that I liked that celery did that that anyone realised I was allergic 😂😂
