Bonza started off absolutely fantastic, but the rot has set in, cancelling lots of flights, a pathetic non refund process , taking far longer than in the terms and conditions. I've waited 7 hours on there contact app . A complete waste of time.
I agree. Unfortunately, they have been falling off the plot recently but hopefully they can build themselves back up without affecting passengers.
