This is so true. Empire is the hierarchy of prideful men dominating other men and enthrones the flesh (anti-Christ spirit). The kingdom of God is a royal family who serves one another and is founded on sacrifice, love, and humility (those who lead by being a servant to all).

Apostle is a function and not a title. Many who have these titles are not true apostles. They use it as a means of lording it over God's people. The apostle Peter calles himself an elder I Peter 5: 1-4 "So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed: 2 shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; 3 not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. 4 And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory." (ESV). We need to get rid of the pride involved with titles and be more concerned with functioning the way the Lord leads. An overemphasis on titles tends to inject a sectarian praxis.

Have followed and sown into this ministry for years… unfortunately around the same time of the “title” came the shift of “pay to hear/learn”. I was at the conference mentioned and things certainly ramped up after that.
Praying that Alan and family pull themselves free from spirit of mammon and as was said, honor the call of God on their life as teacher and as they freely receive, freely give. Trust God for it!

I have been going through the same I think with God ! He has almost turned my relationship with him upside down ! Ang I wonder if I knew him at all ? His answer to me in my stress was you have asked for a very long time to know me as I am ? Well i am trying to show you, and not disturb you too much, because I want us to go on !
Sence then I’ve had mind blowing experiences spiritually and physically. You must understand I’m 81 and a home church pastor ! Shepherd ! Want that what Jesus was and is ? Years ago I asked God about your titles in the church ? He stated my pastor are whatever the church needs at the time! Meaning they are pastoring ! They fill in the needs of what is missing at that moment! A father, mother, brother, or sister or maybe a friend? The church is to be the family of God world wide . These are positions we move in as we see the need ❤️💕🙏✝️😇 Not announcing but fulfilling a need !

What im shocked about is the negative comments coming from people, this is whats wrong with the world today,we have grown so used to judging one another we fail to realize the only thing that matters is the word of god,the gospel,i dont think it matters how we get it ,as long as we get.We have to come together,all age groups,pray for each other,pray for our country,spread love becuase theres to much hate in this world,GOD BLESS EVERYONE,IN JESUS NAME,AMEN

Wow, this message is very motivating to clear up the labels and deal with the things that are in the way of operating in the fullness of our call. Emma, you said, "When you can't have your function, you can't have your fullness." I really appreciate your example of the Church in Asia being capped by the trauma of labels due to their political history, and that begs the question, what is it that caps our function so we can't reach the fullness of the Spirit, of our faith, and of our work and how can we break out of the box, so to speak? I love the impact of your word about Alan being mislabelled as a pastor because the angels call him Bishop. It is such a liberating word for the body of Christ to evaluate and reconfigure, like an upgrade.
The Lord wishes that none should perish….He tarries so we can be the bright lights of Daniel and help bring home the rapture harvest! We must Pray for a national outpouring of His spirit and mass repentance, or the natural progression of evil and sin will bring Judgment to those whose names are not written in the Lambs book of life! Maranatha!

Why do so many ministers carry titles? It is unscriptural to carry a title. The apostles didn’t address each other as apostle so-and-so. If someone carries the gift of healing, do we call them healer Mike or healer Peter? It does not serve the body well to assign titles. People get puffed up with titles.
They both explained right at the start why Alan Dideo is called Bishop. He by no means is puffed up but a true man of God. I am blessed through God to have come across Bishop Alan and to be able to get truth in the word and world ❤🙏🙏🙏🙏

There's a huge difference in a gift such as healing and an office such as an Apostle. My late pastor was an Apostle, and God told him yrs ago to use his tital. I believe one reason is so the body of Christ will once again honor and recognize the offices that were set in the church by Jesus Christ himself. God is a God of order, and he set the order of the church. We have gotten away from many foundational truths over the last few hundred yrs. When the first apostles and prophets were established, everyone knew and understood well who they were and what their titals were and was no need to address them by tital. Now God is reestablishing his truths and order back into the Ekklesia and all must know these truths, not just a few.
Why did your Mothet name you Paul? She already knew you were a boy. God gave the church gifts. Ephesians Chapter 4 vs 11. Each gift has a purpose. It works in the church like Names work in a family
The units are different. Every soul plays a part. It's not minister's titles that you're troubled with. It's their function. We are all a part of the family of God. Ministers of the Divine Gospel. As Paul, you are already doing your part, raising the question. Will you conform or forebear?😮

Appreciate this word from Emma. I don't think however the 5 fold ministry is hierarchical. The 5 fold is roles and yes I do think Alan is Apostolic but the word Bishop in scripture is synonymous with pastor. In acknowledging your role you don't necessarily have to put a title on it. Just acknowledge it without the business card. Many of the 5 fold roles overlap also.
Something dawned on me 10 minutes into this video. We are identified as disciples, so what does that mean? Surrendering and following Jesus, but to share the word, to build people up through the power of Jesus. Titles have been misused in past for power for ourselves but through humility, God titles us disciples or certain people “bishop” or anything like that so that God is glorified THROUGH those people not the people being glorified themselves.
Your gift will make room for you. I don’t see titles in the Bible, but there were calls for sure!
Try 1 Timothy 3. The word 'overseer' literally is 'bishop'.

The term Bishop is translated as Episkopos in the Bible which is a steward, administrator etc …the word Bishop has been misused since the reformation so it has overemphasis on ceremonial rather than genuine servanthood over the flock.
Too many mums and dads.. Think about it.. these are roles. It's not about titles..

What if a church has all of those generations in their leadership team, but they won’t give them a voice or give them space to pour out their gold and share their ideas, their piece of the puzzle.

Apologies, we often title these before we go live and regrettably sometimes we run out of time or we get the inclination that it could be censored so we move to the premium section. It can actually be a very complicated process and we appreciate your patience.
@mareidid1752 I agree. I am not critiquing, I just don't understand why some pastors charge for membership. It's not the Era I grew up in. I suppose I am a boomer. I try to divide my tythe and gifts up by the different pastors I watch. This membership thing is new to me and I just wonder how God feels about it. Jesus traveled on foot from place to place fully relying on the people to supply His needs. And so did the Apostles.
