    Awesome soft plastic worms you made there! Beautiful colors. Reminds me of when I was a kid my Dad had a little shop below our back porch and he made plastic worms there. I remember a color he made the most that really worked well for him and caught alot of bass for him. It was a burnt orange/autumn orange color worm. About 7". His molds were a little different than yours but he really seemed to enjoy making them. Subbed!

    Great video!!! thinking about trying this stuff out and you make it look too easy lololol...on a scale of 1 to 10...1 being complete mush and 10 being rock hard....where do you land as far as softness in bait??? I'm guessing you can change it??

    • @WorldsWorstFishing
      @WorldsWorstFishing  6 років тому

      Eric Raleigh well it's not easy I can assure you ha..I use a medium blend so right at 5 ish..I sometimes add softener but never hardener..it's nearly too firm by itself

      MW Global I always add glitter after I cook the plastic..now when you remelt the sprues and reheat the plastic after it cools you have no choice but to have glitter in the microwave..I guess it's a good thing we use polyester glitter and now aluminum! Haha

    Having issues with air bubbles in my baits...any suggestions on How to fix it?

    • @WorldsWorstFishing
      @WorldsWorstFishing  5 років тому

      heat slower, stir slower. if that doesnt work then you might have moisture in it. The only way to 100% solve it is a vacuum chamber

    • @pikeevans8559
      @pikeevans8559 5 років тому

      My bad...it isn't small air bubbles from stirring or anything....they are big voids. Half inch long or more, and leaves one big air bubble that is a third of the bait. It is kind of like a swim bait balloon....LOL

    Weird question, do you think liquid soft PVC would be a good medium to cast boobies for my custom barbie dolls? I want something super squishy, but not sticky and finicky like silicone, plus silicone is too stiff. It's not to be weird and sit there and squeeze the boobs lmao (though i probably will 🤷) its mostly for fashion and realism, so if I put a corset on the doll the cleavage would sit with the clothing, ya know? Also I watched your video because I was looking at other LPVC bait videos and they were transparent, I see it is possible to make it opaque possibly flesh colored. I am hopeful. Let me know :)

    • @WorldsWorstFishing
      @WorldsWorstFishing  5 років тому +1

      I have to say this comment might be my most odd yet haha....I personally would not use Plastisol for doll applications because it will tear...baits tear easily, but also have extreme pliability which makes them great for lures. If you cast a doll body part in Plastisol, after minimal wear and tear it will come apart... silicone is much stronger...the Plastisol will actually feel very real to a female breast, but I think it won't hold up, especially if you or someone is actually playing with the doll and carrying it around constantly, it will definitely tear.

    • @Auhailbree
      @Auhailbree 5 років тому

      @@WorldsWorstFishing well I guess I could experiment between the two and see. The dolls I make are mostly for display purposes. Thanks for the info :)

    • @WorldsWorstFishing
      @WorldsWorstFishing  5 років тому +1

      @@Auhailbree it's worth a shot I guess...if you already have the boob molds then go for it..but if you're used to silicone or other materials you'll find the Plastisol to be a little weak imo...but if they are for display only then they will hold up well.
